Beach house holiday rentals in Venice Beach

This wonderful beach house comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a place to unwind, relax, and disconnect from everyday life. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that is truly refreshing. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels, linens, and pillows available. The furniture is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. This place is truly a gem.

We had a really good few days to attend a family wedding just up the street. Convenient location walkable to the beach and the owners have an array of beach items that guests can use. Home is very nice and having three bedrooms each with individual bathrooms was great. The pool area out back is outside but shaded making for a comfortable oasis when we are not at the beach. Chris and Kalyn were very quick to respond to the couple of questions we had and had some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Top notch vacation rental for us and our adult children and wives. Very nice!

Where does one begin?! Amanda was an extraordinary host, bar none. Communication was proactive and ensured no detail was overlooked, in terms of logistics for grocery delivery and transportation from the dick to the house, seamless precision. The house was pristine w/every attention to detail being met (and exceeded). The views were nothing short of surreal; the beach was perfection! We are counting the days til our return, so very grateful to Amanda for hosting a magnificent stay at Lu’s!

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

Greg was a great host. Flexible in allowing for our early arrival, and quick to respond! His home is lovely. We had a relaxing time.

Our stay at Linda's was fantastic. The house is very spacious. The bedrooms and large and the beds are super comfortable. Everything was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities from extra towels, beach chairs and beach accessories. The view is unforgettable. Everything you need is there. Groceries and restaurants are an easy drive. Linda was responsive and lovely to speak with. My favorite Manasota key rental yet!

This place was fantastic to stay at. All of the rooms were clean, it had a fully stocked kitchen, and a very relaxing atmosphere on the back patio! The host is extremely nice and very accommodating, I will 100% choosing this place for future stays!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb home. The house was spotless and exactly as described. Although the pool was small, it was cozy and perfect for relaxing. The heater was always on, making it a lovely spot to unwind. What really impressed us was the safety feature around the pool - a secure gate that prevented our toddler and dog from accessing the pool unsupervised. This gave us huge peace of mind. One of the rooms had a clever setup with two twin beds, and one of them had a convenient slide-on feature that allowed it to convert into a king-sized bed. It was super easy to assemble and worked perfectly for us. The house had everything we needed, and its location just nine minutes from the beach was ideal. We enjoyed collecting shark teeth and spending quality time together as a family. Overall, we had a wonderful long weekend, and I'd highly recommend this home to others, especially those with young children or pets.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the turtles nest. It is in a peaceful community and has a wonderful pool area. It’s was comfortable and accommodating for the six of us . The house was clean and had everything we needed to stay in and cook a few nights . We loved visiting the many beaches that are not very far away. The Shamrock Park was nice to walk to and around . Kindra was very informative and had directions and expectations laid out. We will definitely be back when we’re in the area.

This was our second year staying at Dale and Louise's property. Always exceeds our expectations. Clean, tidy, -- perfect for 4 people! or more! The pool is amazing! We'll be back next year!

Jon was an amazing host who was very responsive to all of our questions. The home was exactly as described with a glistening pool, gorgeous pest-free lanai, and wonderful home layout. The home was beautifully decorated and had many convenient features. We loved that there were numerous hooks in both bathrooms for towels and a towel rack outside to dry swim suits and towels. We brought our bikes and thoroughly enjoyed biking from the rental to the trails available at close by Shamrock Park. The beaches were only 12 minutes away by car and accessible by bike also. We would rent this home again in the future!

This is the perfect spot for a vacation! The home was welcoming, beautiful and comfortable! Every amenity we could have wanted or needed was provided - and the pool provided the perfect way to close out each night as we floated and swam as a family. We loved our stay here, and would stay again if we are in the area. There were several beaches and other things to do around the area - from 30 minutes north to the white sands of Siesta Key Beach to 20 minutes south finding shark teeth at Manasota Key Beach, to beautiful sunsets at Venice Beach, there were a variety of sights and beaches to visit. Vivian was a great host - she communicated everything ahead of time and clearly, she offered the code to get in early since the house was ready, when she found out we were celebrating my daughters graduation she went the extra mile in giving her a sweet gift.

The house was one of my favorite stays using Airbnb! The enclosed pool was a relaxing place in the morning and evening! We were also close to the beach! The house was well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood! I would highly recommend this Airbnb! Any questions we had were addressed immediately! We returned home with good memories!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was very clean and had everything you would need for the beach, which was huge for us since we flew down. It had an umbrella, chairs, cooler, beach towels, even sifters for shark teeth. Ben was always super quick to respond to any questions we had. The only downside I would say is the neighborhood could be a little noisy at times with motorcycles, they were also resurfacing the neighborhood the week we were there which added to the noise but nothing bad against the house itself. Highly recommended staying here for exploring the Venice area and surrounding beaches!!

My family and I are extremely happy with our stay. This is definitely a hidden gem that I feel everybody needs to experience. I am super happy and will continuously recommend this location to anybody who is going down to the Port Charlotte location. The games for the kids the amenities that were available not really needing to have to go out anywhere in order to get anything. It was a luxury Airbnb experience.

Great experience and we rebooked it for this week

Olga was great from booking to checkout. the place was as pictured and had every amenity you need. Me and my children came down to visit family and play tourist in my home town. we had a great stay! I especially loved sitting on the patio in the morning and at night listening to the birds and local geckos. We will definitely book this home again the next time we are in town!

Kate was truly the best host! This was my first time renting an Airbnb, so I was a little nervous—my girlfriend and I even thought it might be too good to be true. But from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Kate made the whole process super smooth, and the place was exactly like the photos—beautiful, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Seriously, anything we thought of, she had it! We felt completely at home and can’t wait to come back. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in or near Venice. It was amazing in every way!

Loved staying in this cute two bedroom. It was quiet but close to the beach and downtown Venice. The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you could need for cooking and they had pretty much anything you could need for the beach as well.
