Monthly Rentals in Venice Canals

We just had the best stay ever, we didn’t want to leave! The house and neighborhood were amazing, we can’t wait to come back! This house on the canals has ideal location to the beach, Abbott Kinney, shops, and half hour drive to both Universal and Disneyland which the kids loved! The canals were decorated so nicely for Christmas, it was a great time to visit! Ben was super responsive and lovely to work with. Top notch service and home!

This place is great for one person. Just the right size. And the skylights were great for lighting. Close proximity to beach which was great. Overall communication was good from host but some messages not responded to. For long stays I expected more provisions, there were no cleaning products or supplies provided, no broom or extra trash bags so I had to purchase my own. Just a small vacuum and a swiffer mop that had no cleaning pads. There is a lot of homeless living on the street out front, and the neighborhood is not quiet at night, it was difficult to sleep. The parking spots are extremely small and tight I was concerned about my car being hit by someone else. Just my honest review but overall the price was good for the space. I would book with hosts again.

DeAnna was very welcoming from the first day I arrived. And oh those plants, and flowers!!!! Truly a comfortable place. DeAnna and her husband were a joy to have around. I would stay there again, for sure.

We returned to this beautiful home on the canals for a second stay, and stayed here for 2 months (same as last year). To say this house is perfect would be an understatement. An architectural masterpiece in a great location on the Venice Canals with beautiful modern and vintage furnishings and all the appliances and amenities one can dream of. Christine and Jeff are incredibly responsive to all our needs, but this being our second stay we knew the house and we basically said hello on arrival and thank you on departure because we needed nothing from them, everything was well stocked and worked beautifully and we had a restorative and enjoyable stay. One of the things we enjoyed the most is sitting on the terrace and saying hi to visitors and locals walking by... and they also offer their impressions of the house: "I want your life" or "I'm so jealous" and most often they say "what a beautiful home".... if you like the pics and you want this location this is an incredible choice!
