Holiday rentals with beach access in Venice, Los Angeles

Tano’s place is very cute and clean. We appreciated being able to walk a couple blocks to lots of restaurants/bars/shops. Although we didn’t get to spend much time at the apartment since we were on the move the whole time, we would definitely return for a more leisurely stay.

I had a great stay at Venice! The room is convenient, cosy and kept us cool in the heat! Location is right by the beach and has a lovely little view. Can be a bit of noise in the morning from a garage nearby but honestly did not bother me. Communication and check-in information was nice and clear and I thought the place was very well priced for the location! Couldn’t have asked for more!

Michael and his team were very attentive and responsive. The location is ideal and I appreciated the security and garage entrance.

The stay at Steve's place was pleasant in every aspect. The location of the accommodation is great, the metro is just a few minutes' walk away and you can also easily walk to the Santa Monica Pier. The accommodation had everything we needed and there were also beach towels. The contact with Steve was uncomplicated and very friendly. A definite recommendation all in all!

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

Great location! Easy to get to downtown Santa Monica and Venice, plus the neighborhood itself has nice restaurants, shops and good beach access. The place was very comfortable. The kitchen could be stocked a little better with some basics.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jim's place. Everything was exactly as described, and the check in process was super easy. Appreciated having a parking spot for our rental car, as well as the laundry facility. We especially enjoyed the location and the easy walkability to everything in Venice. 100% recommended!

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

Vanessa and Michael were excellent hosts. They have a beautiful home that felt very kid friendly and warm. It was clean and had everything one would need. Vanessa was so kind and very responsive and friendly. She made everything great for us. We had a great time at this house and would love to come again :)

I love the homeyness of the place and the outdoor spaces are unbeatable. The home has its quirks but that is to be understandable being by the beach and in a metro area. The bed and furniture are comfortable, the kitchen has what you need typically, and the garage is full of extra amenities including that very useful parking spot.

Michael's home was great for our three-night stay. I was unfamiliar with the area so I was a little nervous before arriving. Thankfully, the home was away from all of the craziness of Venice Beach but still very walkable. Beach was one block away as well as Starbucks which was very convenient. The home was so cute and clean. The only thing to note is that the one bedroom is a separate entrance from the main house (as stated in the description). It was not a problem for us as we didn't have any children in our family but just something to point out.

we arrived on Denise's doorstep hours after our house burned to the ground. her home was the most incredible warm, welcome environment for our time there. the ash from the fire was still falling outside but the beautifully well equipped house was cozy and felt like home. truly a sanctuary on a moment of chaos. her neighbors were wonderful as well. it is also in the best part of venice.

It’s rare that you step foot into a house and feel at home. And that’s exactly how I felt the moment I entered. Everything was perfect. From hopping on a call with me before I was there to making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time here and I definitely want to return again. This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Perfect location, right in the heart of things. Immaculately clean. I love that you can see some of the ocean and sunset from the dining room and kitchen. Very spacious.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Cara’s place was awesome. My daughter and I stayed there for 3 nights and it was a great experience. Cara was super responsive and her directions and details for using her space were very helpful (parking, keypad access, etc). The unit was clean and pretty and had everything it said it would in the description. The garden was fantastic. It was so lovely with palms, a banana tree, succulents, flowers and the gorgeous fountain. It was a great base camp location for us because we crammed a lot of sight seeing into our short time in LA. We were able to walk to the 3rd Street Promenade, Ocean Front Walk and the Santa Monica Pier, from there we rented the public bikes and rode one-way to Venice to explore the boardwalk and canals. We could go on and on and wish we could have stayed longer!
