Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Venice, Los Angeles

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was my second stay at Barbara’s apartment in LA, and this time I stayed there with my husband and daughter. Once again, Barbara and Gunther were welcoming and responsive, and their little cat Mau-Mau was a sweetie. I will definitely check to see if this space is available any time I am planning to visit LA. It is an amazing deal.

Stayed at Niklas’ place for 4 nights on my fiancee and I’s first time around LA and it was perfect! Everything was as described and Niklas was always very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Easy to get to downtown Santa Monica and Venice, plus the neighborhood itself has nice restaurants, shops and good beach access. The place was very comfortable. The kitchen could be stocked a little better with some basics.

Lovely little apartment with a couple outdoor spaces for your morning coffee or afternoon wine. Appreciated the shared washer/dryer. Quiet neighborhood walking distance to a couple of commercial districts with restaurants and shops. Loved that it’s within the Santa Monica Electric shuttle zone, so helpful for the last few blocks up hill. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Parking available. While didn’t need them this visit, appreciated the fans and portable AC units just in case. And windows that opened for fresh air.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jim's place. Everything was exactly as described, and the check in process was super easy. Appreciated having a parking spot for our rental car, as well as the laundry facility. We especially enjoyed the location and the easy walkability to everything in Venice. 100% recommended!

Great place for a couple. Location made it convenient to get to different places throughout the city

Very cool apartment with minimal check out instructions which I loved. The views were incredible and the interior decor was very unique and beautiful done.

We would definitely stay at Marc’s place again. I really appreciate it being on his property but totally separate - we had our own entrance, garage entrance etc. Interior decor was great and everything perfectly organized. Also, great exercise options nearby, and Superba at the end of the block. The bikes made all the difference! It was so great to be able to cycle to the beach easily rather than have to drive. We spent 4 fantastic days in Matthew's house. It has a lot of Californian character. The location is great. All three beds are very confortable and super clean. Our questions were always answered very quickly. We can't wait to come back.

It was a great Airbnb! We had a 6 month old and Clay was so accommodating. There was a crib, toys, extra sheets, baby shampoo/soap. We were grateful!

Great location for a pilgrimage to the street skateboarding Mecca. Great showers, outdoor hang out area, and no walls shared. Hope to be back soon.

Great location within walking distance of beach and great food. Front porch is great for lounging with a book or dining al fresco. Shana was great throughout our visit and we would definitely stay here again

Michael’s place was the most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Los Angeles. The house is up on a hill, so you have an amazing view of LA. His place is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable! I also loved the unique design of the house; it is architecturally stunning.

It’s rare that you step foot into a house and feel at home. And that’s exactly how I felt the moment I entered. Everything was perfect. From hopping on a call with me before I was there to making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time here and I definitely want to return again. We had an extremely pleasant stay at Colin's place. So clean and well furnished . Everything needed for our stay was there including all ammenities even more than necessary. We will come back for our next stay in Los Angeles without a doubt. Host is extremely helpful, location is great, the layout of the house and garden is fantastic. Iit could not be better.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Very nice place to relax after a busy day in LA. The patio is beautiful and inviting. The place itself is cute and perfect for 2. An Avis car rental is literally around the corner which is super convenient. Although most restaurants and busy Santa Monica streets are not far, be aware that it is a good 20-30 mn walk through a commercial area to get there.

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Fantastic Staying! Comfortable and Cozy!

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!
