House holiday rentals in Ventas, Ciudad Lineal

We were in Madrid for a few days to visit a friend's wedding and this apartment provided us a practical base. Enough big for 4 people, practical apartment. Transport to the airport and to the city centre with metro is easy and quick.

Ramón's apartment is literally as he describes it. It is an oasis that you do not expect to find in the middle of a city like Madrid. He has been attentive to our needs at all times and has been very attentive and friendly with us! We would definitely love to come back!

The house is beautiful, nicer than the pictures., spectacular. Very fast communication with hosts. Very good location, with a subway mouth 7 min walking. Very recommended! We'll be back!

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

The apartment is as it appears in the photos, nothing is missing, and Óscar is attentive to anything from arrival to departure. Highly recommended apartment if you want to visit Madrid but want to rest in a quiet environment. And being able to travel with your pet makes it unbeatable!

Mario's flat is in a great location: a safe, quiet neighborhood near public trans and lots of places to eat (grocers, restaurants, bars) so you won't go hungry. His flat is not a dedicated rental but actually where his family lives so it definitely has a "lived-in" feel with lots of decorations, toys and knick knacks. Though it has a lot of furnishings, it's so open, spacious and full of windows and light. You'll definitely have room to stretch and move around :) Even better is his warm hospitality, quick response and customer service. He had suggestions for local eateries and shops, and when there were issues with bedding or supplies he replied quickly and resolved everything satisfyingly. He even made a delicious local dish as a warm welcome!! With such a lovely flat and welcoming, thoughtful host, this home is a definite recommend. I'd gladly return on my next visit to Madrid. Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

All good. Comfortable shirts. The only thing we missed was trash bags, but otherwise great.

Laura is a great host; she welcomes you personally, answers all your questions and is super easy to reach. The location is convenient for a large part of the center and is quiet. Some background noise from the buses and taxis in front of the door but we slept wonderfully. The decor is super luxurious and clean. The unfolding of the sofa bed for us because we wanted two separate sleeping places was no problem for Laura.

Sandra María is beautiful, María too, her place is very quiet if you want to be close to the center, in a clean place, well maintained, safe area, as a person Sandra María is incredible, she welcomed us splendidly after hours in an emergency. Maria is super nice, a wonderful lady and very good at her job. Check-in was and we didn't lack anything. If we return to Madrid, we will definitely return to their accommodation without a doubt. Jose Miguel has a very cute, clean, comfortable apartment in a neighborhood in transition. It's about a 8-minute walk north from the Puente de Vallecas Metro stop. We were very comfortable in his well-furnished, clean, easy to enter apartment. The instructions were clear, and communicating with him was easy. We joked that we wished we could copy his apartment and paste it into every place that we visit! In terms of comfort, layout, and space, it was one of the top 3 places we've stayed. That said, we didn't cook there, so can't speak to the quality and ease of cooking, but everything else was a gem!

A very nice place

Luis' place was very well equipped, clean, spacious, in a quiet environment with a small children's playground at the bottom of the building. The nearest metro station and shops are a 5-minute walk away. Communication with Luis was very easy and fast. Only small downside: the insulation in the bathroom (poorly insulated window). Thank you for the stay in Madrid: the whole family enjoyed it.

A perfect budget place to stay, close to the metro, a nice host.

This is the second stay in this apartment in a month and once again we had a great time. Also in this case, we obtained a two-hour delayed checkout. Great location and everything is perfect

We stayed in this house in the La Latina neighborhood and had a very good time. The location is really great: in a few minutes on foot you can reach all the main points of interest in Madrid, which has allowed us to explore the city comfortably. The house was clean and perfectly reflected the listing photos, which we really appreciated. The only thing to consider is that, despite being well organized, it is a little small for four people, especially since the sofa bed is not among the most comfortable for sleeping more nights. That said, the host was extremely kind and friendly, always available and attentive to our needs. Overall, a good choice to visit Madrid, especially for short stays.

Wonderful place to stay. Brand new, with all the details you may need for your stay. In the heart of Malasaña, yet an oasis of tranquility. Surrounded by supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants... next to the Gran Vía. Super easy check-in process and Paola has always been there to answer our questions. I recommend it 100%. I'll be back!

We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The apartment was lovely, and actually was better than the pictures. The location is also good, with a five minute walk to the metro one way, and 10 minute walk to the beautiful Retiro Park the other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you won’t be disappointed. The only minor grumble was the fact the bedroom blinds (which are automatic), decided to open themselves every night at about 02:00, which wasn’t ideal as they aren’t quiet…. Apart from that though, the place was great.
