House holiday rentals in Ventas, Ciudad Lineal

We were in Madrid for a few days to visit a friend's wedding and this apartment provided us a practical base. Enough big for 4 people, practical apartment. Transport to the airport and to the city centre with metro is easy and quick.

El apartamento de Ramón es literalmente como lo describe. Es un oasis que no esperas encontrar en medio de una ciudad como Madrid. Él en todo momento ha estado pendiente de nuestras necesidades y ha sido muy atento y simpático con nosotros! Sin duda nos encantaría volver!

La casa es preciosa, más bonita que en las fotos., espectacular. La comunicación con los anfitriones muy rápida. Muy buena ubicación, con una boca de metro a 7 min caminando. Muy recomendable! Volveremos!

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

El apartamento es tal cuál se ve en las fotos, no le falta de nada, y Óscar está pendiente de cualquier cosa desde la llegada hasta la salida. Apartamento muy recomendable si quieres visitar Madrid pero quieres descansar en un ambiente tranquilo. ¡Y poder viajar con tu mascota lo hace inmejorable!

Très bel appartement avec un magnifique jardin aménagé avec beaucoup de gout. piscine et installations sportives dans la résidence. au top !

Mario's flat is in a great location: a safe, quiet neighborhood near public trans and lots of places to eat (grocers, restaurants, bars) so you won't go hungry. His flat is not a dedicated rental but actually where his family lives so it definitely has a "lived-in" feel with lots of decorations, toys and knick knacks. Though it has a lot of furnishings, it's so open, spacious and full of windows and light. You'll definitely have room to stretch and move around :) Even better is his warm hospitality, quick response and customer service. He had suggestions for local eateries and shops, and when there were issues with bedding or supplies he replied quickly and resolved everything satisfyingly. He even made a delicious local dish as a warm welcome!! With such a lovely flat and welcoming, thoughtful host, this home is a definite recommend. I'd gladly return on my next visit to Madrid. Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

Todo bien. Camas comodisimas. Lo unico que echamos en falta fueron bolsas de basura, pero por lo demas genial.

Laura is een fijne host; ze ontvangt je persoonlijk, heeft antwoord op al je vragen en is super goed bereikbaar. De locatie ligt gunstig voor een groot deel van het centrum en is rustig. Wat achtergrond geluid van de bussen en taxi’s voor de deur maar we hebben er heerlijk geslapen. De inrichting is super luxe en schoon. Het voor ons uitklappen van de slaapbank omdat we twee aparte slaapplekken wilden, was voor Laura geen probleem.

Sandra María es bellísima , María también , su lugar es muy tranquilo si deseas estar cerca del centro , en un lugar limpio, bien atendido , zona segura, como persona Sandra María increíbles , nos recibió espléndidamente fuera de horario en una urgencia. María es súper buena una maravilla de señora y muy buena en su trabajo. El check in perfecto y no nos faltó de nada. Si volvemos a Madrid sin duda volveremos a su alojamiento con los ojos cerrados. We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Le logement de Luis était très bien équipé, propre, spacieux, dans un environnement calme avec une petite aire de jeux pour enfants au bas de l’immeuble. La station de métro la plus proche et les commerces sont à 5 minutes à pied. La communication avec Luis a été très facile et rapide. Seul petit bémol : l’isolation dans la salle de bain (fenêtre mal isolée). Merci pour ce séjour à Madrid : toute la famille a apprécié.

Spędziliśmy dwa wspaniałe dni w tym domu podróżując w dwie rodziny (6 osób). Dom jest dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach - przestronny, niezwykle czysty i świetnie utrzymany. Lokalizacja jest idealna - cicha i spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie blisko stacji metra, co ułatwia zwiedzanie Madrytu. Duży plus za miejsce parkingowe bezpośrednio przed domem! Kuchnia i łazienki są dobrze wyposażone, a każda sypialnia ma klimatyzację. W okolicy znajduje się rewelacyjna restauracja, gdzie zjedliśmy jedne z najlepszych hamburgerów w życiu. Komunikacja z gospodarzem przebiegała sprawnie przez aplikację Airbnb. Wszystko było dokładnie opisane i nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z zameldowaniem czy wymeldowaniem. Jedynym drobnym minusem jest brak większego stołu (obecny jest tylko dla 2 osób), co utrudnia wspólne posiłki przy większej grupie. Poza tymi szczegółami, nasz pobyt był doskonały. Z pewnością polecam to miejsce innym podróżującym w grupie. Okolica dość specyficzna ale w sumie było bezpiecznie.

Nuestra estancia fue increíble! Laura y su pareja estuvieron siempre atentos. Por poner alguna pega, hacía demasiado calor y los ventiladores no eran suficiente para refrescarse, pero por lo demás es un apartamento ideal para una estancia corta. Todo muy limpio y ordenado! Si volvemos repetiremos encantados.

Tuvimos problemas con el vuelo hasta que finalmente nos lo cancelaron y en todo momento hubo comprensión y facilidad para adaptarse a los nuevos horarios. Respuestas rápidas y siempre muy amable y servicial. Gran experiencia

È il secondo soggiorno in questo appartamento nel giro di un mese e ancora una volta siamo stati benissimo. Anche in questo caso abbiamo ottenuto un checkout posticipato di due ore. Ottima posizione e tutto perfetto

Una maravilla de alojamiento. A estrenar, con todos los detalles que puedas necesitar para tu estancia. En pleno Malasaña y sin embargo es un oasis de tranquilidad. Rodeado de Supermercados, bares, cafés, restaurantes.. al lado de la gran vía. Proceso de check in super fácil y Paola ha estado para resolver nuestras dudas siempre. Lo aconsejo 100%. Volvere!

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, se puede ir a pie a todos los sitios y, además, si no quieres caminar hay estaciones de metro muy cerca. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes en los alrededores. El departamento es como se describe y estaba muy limpio. Los anfitriones son muy amables, sin dudas volvería.

Victor e sua moglie Liubiam sono ormone ottime. L'alloggio è posizionato in una zona molto funerale di Madrid. Per vedere i principali monumenti e luoghi di attrazione della città mi sono mosso solo a piedi. Vicino alla stazione ferrivuaria di Atocha per raggiungere con le linee ferroviarie diverse località di interesse nella zona. Pulizia ottima. La cucina è più grande di quel che appare nelle fotografie. Ci tornerei sicuramente.
