It's an old, authentic stone building set amongst a provençal landscape, with great views of the Ardêche, stunning sunsets, and a pool. The house is well suited to families or a group of friends. Indoors and outdoors, there is plenty of room for people to spread out, whilst also providing great spaces for spending time together. It's a perfect mix of cosy and spacious.

The 18th Century stone farmhouse is situated in a small rural village encircled by vineyards, paddocks, fields and woodlands, 14 ks from Uzès, between the Cevennes Mountains, the Camargue and the Mediterranean Sea. It has a small aromatic garden, a pool and an terrace with barbecue and a view over the garrigue and mountain peaks. It is has two storeys, the first with a large kitchen (all equiment) and sitting room (+ TV + wifi) and the second with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a study.

With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.
