Very good stay in this well-located, spacious and pleasant villa. The exteriors are particularly successful: clean swimming pool, very appreciable jacuzzi, comfortable outdoor furniture... Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather in complete relaxation! The villa also offers a good level of equipment inside, with three comfortable bedrooms and a large dressing room. Some small cleanliness issues could be improved... Very responsive and available host for all our needs Nice place for a vacation with family or friends. We recommend it!!!!

Extremely lovingly designed little cottage with a wonderful garden and a very very cozy open fireplace in the garden (equipped with a pivotable barbecue device that was brilliant - cote du boef - was!). Everything worked just fine - and the Maison enchanted us with its charm. Excursions in all directions possible - Nimes is always worth a trip! And - for cooking lovers - a great gas stove and ALL the knives were sharp! We can only recommend this place and thank Aubin and his team for their hospitality. With larger cars you should take the driveway into the village from above, from below - on the direct path - it gets a bit tight....

Corinne is a very welcoming and friendly host. The accommodation is very clean, well kept and warm. Nothing was missing. The place is even better than the photos, we loved these very spacious rooms. The pool is very well maintained and it was a highlight in our stay. House is great for a family. Corinne remained at our disposal if needed, we appreciated her dedication. Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

Very welcoming and functional accommodation with a beautiful balcony! Close to the beach and the port as well as shops (the path can be walked without problem). Guillaume is a caring and friendly host, who gave us good recommendations for activities to do on site. I recommend it :)

We loved this apartment, it was all that it promised amd more. So relaxing and calm, yet completely central and great for all amenities. The historic entrance way has beautiful stone walls and the flat itself has some lovely decorative touches. The balcony was ideal for relaxing on and in the evening gazing at Saint Trophime's tower against the blue Privencal sky. Kitchen was well equipped with great dishes, pots and pans and coffee machine. Loved the clever wooden wardrobe, use of space for the bathroom area in the bedroom. Also excellent guide, cookery and other books available. Everything was super clean and stylish too. Definitely hope to return soon, thank you Caroline.

a cocoon on the rooftops of Montpellier. This apartment is just perfect. Comfortable bedding, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful and pleasant bathroom. It is bathed in light and the terrace is spacious and comfortably furnished. Everything is done on foot, the location is ideal. I recommend +++, we will come back.

The apartment is very close to city centres , walkable distance to amphitheater all the ancient attractions . The apartment has everything you need washing machine , ironing board tv with Netflix. The entrance to the carpark is a bit narrow , you need to be careful if you’re driving a big car , Thierry is very helpful with guiding us to park our car

Clean, quiet and well-equipped apartment. Especially with the travel cot for our baby. Privileged location a few steps from the beach, very convenient when you want to spend a quiet family stay without moving the car. The only small downside we encountered during our stay, but completely independent of Émilie, is the very weak 4G/5G mobile network from the "fruit" in the apartment.

I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it's the cleanest and most pleasant I've tested in 6 months in Montpellier! Recent building, both quiet thanks to the double glazing and yet 5 minutes from the town hall (moulares), well-equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I recommend it!

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The area was peaceful and well located. Thomas was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. An excellent stay!
