La Lanterne is a bright and light-filled loft type cottage (50 m2) located in Normandy, in a beautiful grounds of a large house on the banks of the Seine at Tournedos-sur-Seine (a quiet village four kms from Le Vaudreuil/Val-de-Reuil). The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

We come to stay at "La Petite Passière" for its location, in a 3-hectare English garden, nestled in the heart of the meadows and forests of the Exmes valley, a diamond of the Auge region. However, you also stay there for the comfort and quality of the amenities of this former 18th century farmhouse, completely renovated while respecting its original charm.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

On one level, it offers wonderful calm with its three "painters' rooms" — the Monet room, the Van Gogh room and the Bonnard room — and its large garden with furniture, barbecue, ping-pong and trampoline.

You will appreciate this family home for its calm, modern comfort (it has been completely restored) and old charm. The house is perfect for families with children, including babies.
