1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Sleeps 9 adults, 1 child and 3 infants (rollaway bed and 3 cribs upon request).

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

L'Eure de Pause is a luxury, fully equipped 80 m² attic apartment that can accommodate up to 8 people. Private access via stairs leading to a large terrace with unobstructed views. Large living area. There are 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a large double bed, and the other has a large double bed and 2 single beds. There is an additional toilet. We are located in a small, quiet village, which is why noisy parties are not allowed. We have pets.
