Cottage holiday rentals in Vero Beach

This is a wonderful place to stay. Peaceful and restorative. I would stay again. The joy of being by the water in a beautiful, private location cannot be underestimated. My cup is full.

My grandfather and his girlfriend came down for the week and loved everything about this place. It was exactly what they were looking for and would be very happy to stay here again the next time they come back to Florida! The host was also very communicative when I needed to reach out!

We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves . It was so nice to sit outside and we got to watch dolphins . Loved it would definitely stay again .

We had a WONDERFUL trip! We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much. It was clean, the pool was perfect, just steps to the beach- you can hear the waves from the back yard, and our host was so helpful and responsive! We will definitely be coming back!

Gianni was very helpful when we had questions. The view from the patio is amazing.

This was our second stay at Lisa’s home. It was amazing both times. Simple, clean, quiet. We had the best time connecting as a family and enjoying the beach.

House was just as shown in pictures and descriptions. Its a kitsch vintage mobile home, very fun to stay at. Randy has everything you need already there, coffee pods, sandwich bags, washing detergent, air freshener, shampoo, soap, dish detergent etc. beach supplies, chairs. Floats, umbrella. Has a full size washer dryer, comfy mattress. Great water pressure and very hot water, Very clean. We rented the golf cart extra to get around the cute neighborhood, has pool, tennis, pickleball, hot tub and across the street is the beach access and other pool. Houses are very close together, but it was very quiet. We would def come back!

Convenient location to a really cool small town. I have been a Florida resident for a long time but have not been to Vero Beach. This was bissness trip and did not have a lot of time to enjoy this town. I will be back with my wife. I hope we will get to stay at Reins's.

Quant home with everything you need for a long weekend getaway. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to grocery. We will definitely be back! Brooke was extremely responsive and check-in was super easy!

Matt’s place was great. The house is located within walking distance to great restaurants that are right on the water. Matt was very responsive. The house is very clean and very private.

Our stay was perfect! It’s a quick walk to a beach that felt so private and cozy! The beach allows leashed dogs, but since there wasn’t many people around, we were able to let our pups enjoy themselves off of the leash for stretches of time! The locals are so kind, too. We watched the sunrise one morning on the beach, but there is a perfect sunset view just a brief drive away! We found a little beach fishing area for the sunset when we were on our way to the nearest Walmart/Publix! It’s a stunning, wide skied, beachside view of the sunset. Gorgeous! Not to mention our place was perfect, we loved the pool too and very much appreciated the fenced in yard for the pups! The host was kind enough to leave a little note with treats for our babies, by that we mean our pups lol! We loved the beds and enjoyed the TV’s in each room, so easy to relax and unwind anywhere in the house. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for a perfect, amazing stay!

This was the perfect location off the beach to stay for our week long baseball trip. 8 minutes from the Jackie Robinson complex and less than 15 minutes from the beach. The place was clean and well stocked and Maria was very responsive in answering any questions we had. If our school makes another trip to Vero Beach we will be looking to stay here again!

My family and I loved our stay at the cottages. The check in process was smooth and the host was very responsive. The location of the home is in a prime location with a lot of great food and activities within walking distance. The rental also included all of the beach essentials, like umbrellas, chairs, and a beach mat. This was the prefect home for our vacation and we will definitely book here again!

Wish we could have stayed longer! Easy walk to the beach, which wasn’t crowded like many other beaches in mid June! Leigh Ann provided all beach necessities-chairs, towels, umbrella, cart! It made Coming from out of state so easy! If we are able to visit Cocoa beach again, this will be our go to housing!

The Mint Manatee was the perfect spot for a visit to Jensen Beach. The home itself is beautiful and it was fun to watch the goings on in the canal from the massive windows or back deck. The ocean side pool surrounded by palm trees was an oasis. The dog area is just a quick walk away. Pam was a friendly and always quickly responsive host.

This was me and my husband's 2nd year in a row staying at this cottage! We have loved our stay both times! The property is exactly as described, easy to find, clean and close to everything you could need! It was definitely the perfect getaway for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our week together! The host was excellent, friendly, and fast responsive. We highly recommend this cottage!

Aaron’s place was perfect !!! Quiet and so many walkable things to do. My sister and I went for a getaway and we couldn’t have asked for a better location! We enjoyed sitting on the beach watching the boats come in and out. We saw some sea turtles, manatees and dolphins which is always great !

We were so lucky to have found this place with the availability we needed. We needed temporary housing between houses and this was perfect. The house had everything for an extended stay. Our host was always super responsive and very friendly. The location is great for walking to downtown. Thank you!!

The location was great. Only a couple blocks from the beach, maybe three blocks from jetty Park, restaurants and bars. It was great to be able to take the dogs. Full Backyard was fenced in. Second bathroom. Shower is a little small, but there is an outdoor one and a main bathroom. Everything was as described. Would definitely stay again.

Very cute little home! Very happy with the fenced in backyard and the covered car port. It rained pretty heavy and we were able to enjoy the back while it rained since it was covered and when we got back from breakfast we didn't get soaked trying to get back into the house. The mango tree is so beautiful as well. Hosts were very pleasant and helpful. We were there for our son's baseball tournament and having the washer and dryer was helpful in washing his uniform. We will definitely consider coming back if we have any future tournaments in the area. Thanks for a quick but comfortable stay!

Great three night stay! As advertised and described.. private space with direct access to beach. Was perfect for a quick summer beach trip with the kids. We cooked and used kitchen as opposed to going out every night - kitchen was well stocked and needed nothing other than groceries. Also pet friendly - on dog friendly portion of the beach. Would definitely come back to Coco Sands Cottage 7 for future beach trips.

Just perfect, accommodations were exceptional. Every base covered, linens, toiletries, more than enough towels, and even the little things, from a cheese grater to beer glass, Melanie's house is more like being home. beach chairs, yoga mat, even a fishing pole, mini colanders to sift the beach sand for hidden treasures. Perfect location within the island. quick walk to island stores and pool. 3 minute golf cart ride to the beach and beach pool. Yes ....house comes with a golf cart. We were sad to leave.
