This apartment is located in one of the most interesting districts of Verona, Borgo Venezia. Really close to the historical center, and connected perfectly with public transportation you could reach easily the historical center by bus or bike (bikes are provided). The terrace is a nice and quite place where to drink a coffe, have a breakfast or lunch/dinner. - Animals are unfortunately not welcome since we had bad experiences in the past.

The apartment is modern, comfortable and bright. Just 50 meters away you can reach the lakefront, without having to use a car. Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.
