Holiday rentals in Verrucola

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus von Claudio. Er war war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir eine Frage oder ein Anliegen hatten undbauch die Ausflugstipps waren toll! Die vier schönen und gepflegten Bäder haben unseren Tagesablauf deutlich erleichtert. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche haben wir alles Erforderliche für den Alltag mit zwei Familien gefunden. Der Pool war für unsere Kinder durch den Einstieg über die Treppe und die Größe einfach perfekt. Jeden Morgen wurde der Pool von Claudios Vater mit viel Mühe gepflegt und war daher perfekt gepflegt. Claudios Villa Rosa können wir sehr empfehlen!

The apartment exceeded our expectations beginning with the warm welcome in the parking garage by Gianluca who helped us park and who carried our bags up the two flights of steep stairs. It was a great surprise when we arrived to receive a bottle of local wine and an appetizer of focaccia and pesto as a welcome gift to celebrate our 20th anniversary! We felt right at home in the beautifully renovated apartment in the center of PV with an incredible water and harbor view. Gianluca answered all our questions quickly. He even replaced our iron with a brand new one when I mentioned ours didn’t work. After 10 nights in PortoVenere we hated to leave! We will be back!

Abbiamo passato tre piacevolissimi giorni a cavallo di ferragosto. La struttura è frutto di una recente ristrutturazione, piuttosto ben fatta, collocata in una splendida cornice di vigneti e altre colture. Le piscine sono superbe in sé e per il panorama (con tanto di rondini che volano a pelo d'acqua). Il personale dell'attiguo agriturismo è molto disponibile ed ospitale e si possono acquistare prodotti letteralmente a metro 0. Inoltre la posizione è strategica per visitare la Lunigiana. Ideale per famiglie e ancor più per gruppi numerosi che prendano i vari appartamenti. Con qualche miglioria minore, vale pienamente la spesa (che nel nostro caso è stata particolarmente alta, per via del periodo). Attenzione: se usate il navigatore di google maps assicuratevi di fare la via Garfagnana (incrocio più avanti in Fivizzano). NON seguite l'indicazione per la prima via a gomito sulla destra arrivando da Aulla, porta ad una carrareccia percorribile a fatica e solo con un piccolo fuoristrada. Stessa cosa al ritorno. Segnalazione valida ad oggi 16-8-2017

We hebben met ons gezin (3 kids van 7-11-14) heerlijk kunnen onthaasten in deze groene omgeving zonder enig “stad-geluid”. Een heerlijk huis met veel mooie open ruimtes (2 balkons, grote tuin en vele kamers) waar iedereen ook zijn eigen ding kan doen. Fivizzano, het dichtstbijzijnde plaatsje waar de rust ook over het dorpsplein uitstraalt, met een pizzeria, bar en biologisch/lokaal eettentje. Wij hebben genoten 😋😇🇮🇹❤️ La Dolce Vita.

Just returned from an amazing, fun and relaxing week at Nicole and Gunnar's house in Tuscany. Was perfect for our 2 families - peaceful, beautiful and unbelievably well equipped (everything we needed in the kitchen was there, which is rare in our experience!). We loved the pool, gym, the view, the dining space and the fire/oven. All extremely well looked after. Nicole and Gunnar were the perfect hosts, ensuring we had all we need and guiding us on the best local places. Lovely people with a very high standard of care, which hopefully guests reciprocate. We hope to return and see you again! Thanks so much, Mark, Bobbi, Laura, Tom and family.

La Casa Antigo est un très agréable havre de paix, pratique à la fois pour découvrir la beauté de la région et pour se reposer à la maison confortablement au bord de la piscine, ou profiter de la gastronomie italienne. Nos hôtes ont aménagé la maison parfaitement pour un lieu de séjour agréable. Dans un environnement naturel absolument sublime, la vue sur les montagnes l'emplacement de la piscine, et le charme du petit village. La maison est dans un village très isolé et paisible, parfaitement reposant, je recommande vivement de suivre les indication à la lettre pour trouver la maison.

Unser Anlass war ein Fahrradurlaub in der Gegend rund um Naomi‘s Airbnb. Wir waren 9 Erwachsene und hatten genügend Platz für jeden. Das Anwesen ist großartig, die Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche, ließ keine Wünsche offen. Für uns war aber der Pool das Highlight. Es gab für uns nichts besseres wie nach einer langen Radtour im Pool zu entspannen. Auch Fivizzano hat uns gut gefallen, dort gibt es einige authentische Restaurant, die über einen kurzen „Wanderweg“ erreichbar sind. Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist allerdings die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft. Da die Straßen sehr eng und verwinkelt sind hatten wir mit unserem Transporter (zum Transport unserer Fahrräder) große Probleme. Nur mit unzähligem Rangieren haben wir es zur Unterkunft geschafft. Anfahrt mit PKW - keine Probleme. Nichts desto trotz würden wir die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen! Klare Empfehlung!

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place I would! Our stay totally exceeded our expectations. The house is absolutely beautiful , well maintained, clean and in beautiful surroundings. 5 minute by foot to the town. The host Giuseppe is outstanding and helped us so much throughout our stay, giving us advice on day trips and even helping out with a car problem by organising a mechanic. Giuseppe went above and beyond what is expected by an Air B&B host and certainly added to our trip!!
