Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. Nearby is the famous sandy beach Sakarun and Telašćica Nature Park.

Almost 90 years later we’re following the very same path of grandpa Mate by retaining the originality of the house and combining it with modern retro comfort. Grandpa Mate House is based on Dugi Otok at the edge of the village Dragove. The house was restored in 2017.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
