Monthly Rentals in Vibhutipura

This was a great place to stay! Lots of room, and Mallikarjun was super friendly and helpful. He was even able to accommodate me an extra day in a different room when my plans changed. Only thing I want to mention is that a lot of the rooms have two listings, and one doesn’t include AC. I accidentally booked a room without AC, but Mallikarjun was nice enough to add it on for a very reasonable extra fee. I especially appreciated having a very nice and clean washer and drying space available. The washer is super fancy and modern and did a great job cleaning my clothes, and the fees to use it are very reasonable. If you need to stay in this part of Bengaluru, I can highly recommend Mallikarjun’s places!

kaushiks place is about 10 mins from indiranagar which is a huge plus. the balcony is really nice and the society is very peaceful. overall a great and hassle free place to stay

Absolutely loved the place. It's exactly as described. The room is clean and cozy. The view is unbeatable. Fresh air and lots of natural light since it's on the terrace on the 6th floor. No disturbance also. It was like a private penthouse. Also car parking is hassle free which I liked. Will be going again for sure
