Trois chambres (deux lits de 140, un lit BZ de 120, un lit de 90 + lit bébé) salle de bain, WC à l'étage et WC au rez-de-chaussée avec lave mains. Charming cottage on a 300 m2 fenced plot, located in a 2 ha wooded park (private petanque court). Guests will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Equipped with a kitchen, TV, reversible air conditioning, sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a car charging station. The water body with recreational base (pedal boat, paddle board, electric scooter...), tennis, padel, restaurants, wellness center and swimming pool are 300 m from the accommodation.

It welcomes you with friends and family for many outdoor discoveries/activities. Cell phones have some reception in the entrance of the mill and otherwise outside.
