Holiday rentals with beach access in Victor Harbor - Goolwa

Ann Marie was extremely accommodating even extending our check out time without even requesting it. The place was just as the pictures showed and checking in was extremely easy. Much recommended for others to stay here

Great location for an Airbnb, right by the sea front -lots of places to eat nearby and easy access to the tram (just use your debit card to tag on when boarding the tram -super easy for us visiting from WA) Everything felt very safe, which was great for us with 3 small kids. Playground & Beach House for kids entertainment within 5-10 min walk. Doughballs restaurant great for kids too! We found Julie’s apartment to be very clean, had everything we needed and more! Thanks for a great stay :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at Lewis and Allan’s place. The home was incredibly well thought out—every detail was covered. From baking and cooking supplies to cleaning tools, everything we needed was already there. The automation throughout the home made things easy, and the use of shelves instead of cupboards was a clever touch that kept us organized. The house stayed warm and cozy, and Allan was always ready to help—kind, responsive, and genuinely accommodating. What stood out most was the sincerity behind the setup: the thoughtful supplies, the washing facilities, even the maps on the wall—all made us feel truly at home, even while being away. Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

Jeremy's beautiful home was welcoming and cosy and we looked forward to getting back there after spending the day exploring Glenelg. We loved how everything was within walking distance which made traveling with children easy with a nearby playground, beach house, Mosely square and jetty road all within walking distance from the apartment. Jeremy's little thoughtful touches to the apartment for our stay were very much appreciated such as the bottle of Shiraz and chocolate on arrival and the beautiful complimentary body wash/shampoo which was all locally sourced. I had such a wonderful time with my little family and can't wait to visit again! (Maybe when the weather is warmer 😂) Thankyou Jeremy!

An excellent place for our needs -- a couple visiting Adelaide. Close to the Glenelg tram and all the restaurants in the area, while being adequately separated from the noise and tackiness of Jetty Road. Clean, warm and well-equipped. Contrary to Andrew's warning that it is tricky to check in and park, we found it all straightforward.

We enjoyed our stay, it was spotless & had everything we needed. The whole place had a nice calming vibe! Hearing the ocean at night when going to sleep was lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shell House Studio. The studio is a modern, spacious and clean 1 bed room accomodation option within walking distance of the beach and a close drive to Victor. Despite being near the road the studio was quiet and the back deck with a small ocean view was lovely! We will definitely stay again when we are in Victor next.

Loved a the morning coffee and afternoon wine on the back deck with the views over the nearby hillside. Lovely walks along the nearby beachside too. Great place to explore the region from.

An absolute gem of a place! Our family young and old (and our dogs) had a fabulous weekend at Christine’s. The home is beautiful and very comfortable it has everything you need and more!

Great accommodation- perfectly located between beach and cafes. House well equipped and spacious. Beds very comfortable for beach house! Kelly very responsive and thank you for the wine and chocolates. Cannot fault this accommodation at all. It’s very reasonably priced. Thank you. We will definitely be rebooking.

Very stylish beach shack that’s well equiped and in a unique and beautiful location. We really loved the garden and open spaces. Our host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great location and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is located within easy walking distance of the beach and main shopping area. There are a great variety of cafes, bars and restaurants to cater to every taste. The tram takes you straight into the city in about 25 minutes to explore further afield. All in all a perfect location and the bed was super comfy.

What a super fantastic holiday!! For a family of four we all felt very comfortable staying at this apartment, it had everything we needed. The linen was clean and the beds were comfortable. The views were amazing, so amazing -in every direction, so peaceful with an abundance of wildlife to admire. The pool was a fun addition, very well cleaned and maintained with a lawn area, bbq and ample tables and chairs. The host was very responsive, with easy, clear instructions for check in. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your lovely abode. Your place had everything we needed—it’s truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Your thoughtfulness with the snacks etc and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made our stay even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t quite cooperate, so we didn’t get to experience Glenelg as much as we’d hoped. It’s clear, though, that the area has so much to offer, and we’re already looking forward to returning in the summer to explore it more fully. the internet failed on us but after notification to Nadia she was quick to respond and went and collected another alternative within 15 minute's another internet modem, no streaming services available but that was not a problem we just logged onto our netflix and foxtel.
