We drove in from Texas to visit with family from the Sissonville/Nitro area! We enjoyed just sitting on the porch & catching up. We did take a day to sight see at Hawks Nest & Bridge! The cabin had everything we needed for our little family get together! And the lighting bugs at night was something neat! Thanks for an awesome stay!!!

This place was perfect! It was far enough off the grid providing peace and quiet and soothing nature. We loved this place! It was beautiful inside, clean and user easy. We had no issues. There was even cooking oil and spices in the cabinet and coffee every day. The linens were fresh and clean. The house was tidy and spotless! The decks were amazing and we spent a great deal of family time on the front porch or playing games on the kitchen table. I would give this place 4 out of 4 stars! Just awesome!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in mothmanor. It was close to rafting and hiking with beautiful waterfalls and overlooks in the area. The escape room was really planned out and a fun bonus to the house. The whole house is decked out in super quirky decor which we loved. We are all horror fans so all the monsters/cryptids around the house were the perfect touch. I would highly recommend this house for families with teens and young adults like our crew- it was perfect and the hosts were very informative- we had no issues

The first thing we noticed upon entering Papaw’s cabin was the cleanliness and freshness of the cabin. The location was convenient to the NRG area yet also was a private retreat. We enjoyed the hot tub and stargazing. Thank you Kristi for being a great host.
