Waterfront holiday rentals in Vieira do Minho

We had a wonderful stay at Virginia's flat. The kids enjoyed to play with the dogs. We enjoyed the pool and the fireplace inside which was very cosy. Virginia is very friendly and gave us lots of helpful advices about what we could do to explore the surrounding. All in all, we enjoyed our stay a lot and despite bad luck with the weather it was no issue to stay inside for longer periods because the flat is so nice. We can fully recommend Virgina's flat and hospitality.

Very spacious apartment with very nice and spacious outdoor area overlooking the river. Convenient kitchen equipment and outdoor barbecue, covered. Quiet location and still well located in terms of traffic, with private parking. We would love to come back, regardless of the season.

Antonio was very welcoming, the accommodation was clean and tidy. We had a car so it was a great base to explore the area form , would highly recommend 😊

Large and proper apartment with a balcony with the view to the mountain stream. Close to the hiking trials that we really enjoyed. Recommended.

Casa do Engenho is amazing. So far, the best place my family and I have rented for a 10-day stay. Near Braga, easy to find, beautiful surroundings, quiet and comfortable. We definitely recommend staying. Monica is a great hostess, friendly and always there for you!

I went to celebrate my birthday and loved it! We had a barbecue, enjoyed the pool and also the waterfalls in the geres! The place was impeccable as described and as shown in the photos! The communication was great, he was always helpful and available! The accommodation is great, incredible view and we got a sensational means of transport that transported our group of 6, they left us at the waterfall and picked us up for a great price, so the distance was not an obstacle, which I thought it could be, but I still decided to risk it for the solicitude and photos! I recommend and I will definitely return!

We had a lovely stay in the house, located in a peaceful area with beautiful views. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. The host Pedro was very welcoming and friendly.

Perfect for a private peaceful getway! It is located is a small village, but still very quiet. The view is amazing and the place is comfortable and full of light! We walked 2 minutes down the to swim in the river every morning. The owner is very responsive and aways helpful.

What a WONDERFUL stay at this charming farmhouse! From the moment we arrived it was perfect! The property is so beautiful with its lovely gardens, fruit trees & the view of the mountains. We spent the majority of our time, when we were not out exploring, enjoying the pool & having all our dinners outside under the covered outdoor grilling area. We took advantage of the grill & enjoying pizza (yes, there is a fabulous pizza oven!). The house was so comfortable, clean & the kitchen had everything we needed & more. Carlos & Christina are stunning hosts....so kind & friendly & gave us so many suggestions of what to do in the area...restaurants, villages, waterfalls, etc. We CAN'T WAIT to return! Obrigada for a wonderful stay! (note - if you are driving be mindful as directly accessing the property can be tight if you have a larger car)

Accommodation with great conditions to receive 5 people. The rooms are spacious and well ventilated, with a phenomenal view of the Cávado River. Well-equipped kitchen. We were able to prepare full meals without any problems. The location, right next to the river, allows us to be surrounded by nature. The host's readiness to respond to any questions or requests throughout the stay should be emphasized.

10/10! It was a perfect stay. Carla was super nice and hospitable. The accommodation is modern, clean, organized and private. The pool is cleaned daily. We only have good things to say. We'll definitely come back and recommend!
