Supermarket, bakery, as well as some restaurants and beer garden are very close. The apartment has a small fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer (coins) Wi-Fi is available.

We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 square meters) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, use the large garden. By bus and transfer to the train (journeys from 7 am - 10 pm), you can reach Munich Central Station in approx. 60 minutes. The bus leaves every hour on weekdays and every two hours on weekends and public holidays.

Als Schlafgelegenheit steht Ihnen eine kingside Bett zur Verfügung. Zum Flughafen München beträgt die Fahrzeit 10min., in 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der S-Bahnstation. Auch für Bettwäsche ist gesorgt. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Seit 09/2025 Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.

🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🤝 Our home is the quiet Mintraching north of Munich. The studio Spatzennest is located on the 2nd floor of our apartment building and offers everything needed for a longer and shorter stay. It is equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom. Parking is free on the street. Munich can be reached by S-Bahn or car. Bicycles can be borrowed from us free of charge. Washer and dryer can also be used. There are supermarkets in Neufahrn.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
