Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Our lovely and cosy one-bedroom house is situated in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood far from the traffic and 8 minutes walk to citycenter of Pietrasanta. The renovated property is equipped with every comfort, designed for a couple who wish to explore the town and surroundings, Two bikes are available free of charge. This is the perfect location as you can easily reach the beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi in 10 minutes (by car) and explore the rest of Tuscany.

Very nice studio apartment in the annex adjacent to the main house, with independent entrance and exclusive outdoor area. Eco-friendly house with wooden structure surrounded by nature on the Versilian hills, with spectacular sea views. Close to Via Francigena, 15 minutes from the sea, the A12 and the center of Pietrasanta. Steep and narrow municipal access road, unsuitable for inexperienced new drivers, but once you arrive, the panoramic view, peace, and silence make it worth the effort.

La Terrazza

Apartment with a large terrace, surrounded by greenery, offering a breathtaking view of the city and a wide view of the sea. The terrace is adorned with numerous flowers and plants and has a table under the patio and deckchairs. Located in Castagnetola, the town of lemons, at the foot of the Apuan Alps. Free parking. By car, you can reach the sea in 15 minutes and the center of Massa in 7 minutes. In the village there are three excellent restaurants and a small grocery store.

The Fox's Lair

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

Apartment of 60 square meters totally renovated and furnished at the end of May 2018 in marine style. Consisting of open space living area, double bedroom and bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower with chromotherapy, second bathroom, large balcony and private garage. Situated in a very quiet area and surrounded by greenery, it is a 5-10 minute walk to the sea. Wifi, smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning, microwave, induction hob, phone, bicycles, etc.
