Elle comprend une pièce à vivre de 45 m², une cuisine équipée, deux chambres, une salle de bain, des WC séparés, ainsi qu’un extérieur d’environ 100 m². Set within a large private mature garden which is fully enclosed the cottage features a really comfortable interior making it the ideal place to visit all year round. Close to must see destinations such as Mont St Michel, St Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Rennes and the Normandy Beaches and war Memorials it is ideally located to explore everything that's on offer in this area of Brittany and Normandy.

Beautifully Presented House

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
