Excellent stay in this clean, very pleasant and well-decorated apartment. Ideal location in the city center for walking and free public transport on weekends. The underground parking is convenient in an area where parking is difficult. Excellent contact with Julie to facilitate our access. The 4 floors without an elevator make you exercise. We'll come back

An absolutely stunning classically, well thought out, French property! The house was stunning and attention to detail was second to none! We loved it here, the house is fully equipped and has gorgeous little touches. The host is extremely responsive on messages and via telephone, and if travelling from UK, which we were his English is fantastic. Jean-Christophe sent plenty of information to us before our arrival and made some recommendations too! Be careful when arriving at property if you are driving as if you take the wrong turning (the entrance to the place is in the front square) you have a long 10 minute drive to get all the way back around the one way system again! We did have to wait quite a while for the lady who met us at the property however it wasn’t a big issue, she was great and very helpful too! Absolutely recommend this place. Thanks Jean-Christophe

Very functional accommodation and value. Note that the accommodation is located above a bar that closes around 12:30 a.m. - 1 a.m. Mathieu provides earplugs. Personally, it didn't bother me at all.

Romain had already been very friendly before our arrival, but as soon as we set foot in the accommodation, we felt the human warmth emanating from the walls! A home that is not only impeccable and well furnished but also full of small details that make you feel welcome (sheets that smell good AND ironed, a little welcome note, some candy...). Thanks to Romain for all this, it allowed us to feel comforted as we came to Nantes for the hospitalization of a loved one.

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is ideally located, very comfortable and cozy. Well done for the beautiful decoration! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. We will return with great pleasure, that's for sure.

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! It doesn't tell stories; it allows you to live them, offering a framework where time slows down and where you reconnect with the essential. Really pleasant little House. Good location for our Cycling Holiday. Decor & Furnishings were really good. Communications with David very speedy. Enjoyed our stay.

We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety
