Holiday rentals with a patio in Vila Franca do Campo

O alojamento estava impecavelmente limpo e com uma decoração confortável e acolhedora. A cesta de boas-vindas com produtos regionais foi um gesto muito atencioso por parte dos anfitriões. A casa tem um excelente isolamento acústico, o que proporciona um descanso tranquilo. Está muito bem equipada, com bastantes utensílios disponíveis. Recomendo vivamente este local e, sem dúvida, voltarei numa próxima oportunidade.

Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Super Ausstattung, modern, sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zentral in der Innenstadt gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Stadt kann man von dort aus gut zu Fuß erkunden. Da während unseres Urlaubs in der Stadt einige Feiertage und eine große kirchliche Prozession über mehrere Tag stattfand und viele Straßen gesperrt waren, war die Suche nach einem Parkplatz etwas schwierig. Unter "normalen" Umständen ist das Parken in der Nähe sicherlich kein Problem. In fußläufiger Nähe befinden sich auch einige Möglichkeiten zum Kauf von Lebensmitteln. Durch die Feiertage war es aber auch schwierig und zeitaufwendig am Tag unserer Ankunft ein paar Lebensmittel einzukaufen. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung viele gute Restaurants.

Amazing two-bedroom apartment with huge patio, living room, great kitchen with coffee Nepresso machine. Good local amenities (jams, local pastries, biscuits) Great area just 5 min drive from Ponta Delgada downtown, 2min walk from a great beach with amazing waves for surfing. Fatima was a great host, attentive and helpful.

La casa está bien ubicada , cerca de supermercados y de cualquier punto de la isla . Viajamos con un bebé y todo estaba adecuado , nos pusieron cuna y trona para él. Tenia un jardín donde pudimos disfrutar. La zona era tranquila aunque en la parte más baja del barrio es algo hostil, sin embargo como íbamos en coche no fue problema . Además algo a destacar es que no hay microondas ni gel. Por el resto muy recomendable.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Ponta Delgada! Der Whirlpool war ein absolutes Highlight – nach einem langen Tag voller Erkundungen der Insel konnten wir hier perfekt entspannen und dabei die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und die umliegende Landschaft genießen. Die Lage des Hauses war ideal: ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen, da die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Sie gaben uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse, auf der wir morgens unseren Kaffee trinken und abends den Sonnenuntergang bewundern konnten. Wir können dieses Airbnb wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal auf den Azoren sind!

One of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Spotless, spectacular views, central on harbor, small grocery shop two doors down. This high rise property is a rarity in Ponta Delgada The apartment is lovely, with every convenience considered, from sewing kits to notepads tucked into bedside drawers, chargers, umbrellas, games, music, the list goes on. Kitchen is well equipped, with lots of high quality cookware, plus cooking oil + basics like sugar + rice. Laundry works well. Parking included. Bruno is responsive and knowledgeable. He had great tips for the Azores. We did a family vacation with lots of hikes, surfing, hot springs etc. Would absolutely return.

Immaculate and great location in Furnas. Clean, comfortable apartment with well-appointed kitchen. The location was amazing just a block from Parque Terra Nostra. The Caldeiras are on the other side of town, a 10-15 minute walk. Ample street parking a short distance from the apartment. We found the washer/dryer useful. The best part for me was how quiet the penthouse was. It is on a main street, but the place is in the back of the building, and we never heard street noise or neighbors. This was my favorite place of the 3 we stayed at in Portugal, but it was my wife's second favorite, as it was smaller than the others and she found it a bit cramped.

Maison très confortable avec beau cachet. Toutes les commodités requises. Super emplacement avec vue sur le coucher du soleil à l’avant et mer et champs à l’arrière. Belle terrasse tranquille. Eduardo nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a partagé avec nous beaucoup d’informations. Aussi de belles attentions comme des produits locaux. Bon port d’attache pour visiter Furnas et la région de Nordeste. Nous recommandons fortement.

Monica est très attentionnée, a pris des nouvelles régulièrement pendant notre séjour et s’est déplacée rapidement pour résoudre un petit problème. Le logement est spacieux, très propre, très bien équipé et situé au calme. Monica nous accueille avec un petit panier garni de produits locaux. Le logement est bien situé pour visiter l’ouest de l’île de Sao Miguel.

What a unique and beautiful home for our São Miguel trip with 6 adults and one toddler. Maria left a welcome basket for us, including a stuffie for our 3 year old! The main house was spacious and charming with a mix of old and new touches. Beds were comfy and there were multiple places to sit and relax. The grounds and view from the home are gorgeous, and the resident cat was very sweet. The house is in a more rural part of the island on a steep narrow road making it a bit tough to be easily walkable but that’s a matter of not being used to the streets. There was enough in town to meet our needs and it was easy to get everywhere. Couple notes: where the bedrooms are, there’s no insulation between the floors so be prepared to hear what’s going on below or above you. Also there was no dryer, but Maria kindly helped us set up racks and dehumidifiers to get our clothes dry. Overall an awesome spot and I highly recommend!!

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in Marlenes Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, hell und gemütlich. Ich habe mich direkt wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders schön war der Meerblick direkt aus dem Schlafzimmer und vom kleinen Balkon oben. Alles war sehr sauber, durchdacht und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super: Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in fußläufiger Nähe, das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, um São Miguel zu erkunden. Marlene ist eine tolle Gastgeberin: herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass man die Straße etwas hört, aber das hat den insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck kaum getrübt.

Wir haben uns direkt wohl bei Jéssica gefühlt. Als wir in die Unterkunft gekommen sind wurden wir mit Wein, leckeren Käse, Früchte und mehr begrüßt. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sauber. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, man hat seine Ruhe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gegeben und mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar. Der Backofen hat leider Probleme gemacht und Jéssica hat direkt am nächsten Tag einen neuen einbauen lassen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und uns wurde immer schnell weitergeholfen. Das Bett ist leider etwas ungemütlich, der Rest war perfekt. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

We cannot say enough about how much we loved this place! The host was amazing and extremely accommodating. The house is beautiful with SPECTACULAR views. Everything was close either walkable or a short drive. Did I say that the host was amazing yet!???!!!! Bruno made our stay comfortable and relaxing. He is one of the best hosts we have ever stayed with.

Die Wohnung "Slow Living" ist wirklich wunderschön eingerichtet und ausgestattet, man kann sich sofort wohlfühlen und in Ponta Delgada ganz zentral zu Hause sein. Es fehlt an gar nichts. Es sind auch nur ein paar Schritte zum Stadtzentrum und alles ist bequem zu erreichen, ebenso der Hafen. Mit etwas Geschick war es kein Problem für uns, in der kleinen Strasse vor dem Haus zu parken. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war Aleksandra zuvorkommend und sehr hilfreich, einfach eine seht nette Gastgeberin und alles zusammen eine wundervolle Erfahrung. Gerne werden wir wieder einmal kommen und auch diese Unterkunft an unsere Freunde empfehlen.

Fantastic views, updated interior and much more spacious than the photos make it seem. Kitchen is well stocked if you plan to shop and cook for yourself. Private parking with plenty of space for 2 cars. You are a bit out of the way when it comes to restaurants and groceries but we think it’s a great idea to have a rental car on the island anyway. Short drive to Sete Cidades.

Absolutely perfect Airbnb in so many ways - clean, lots of amenities, great location. We had 5 days here on Sao Miguel Island and Maria's condo was perfect. She left us snacks, wine and other little treats. Maria is incredibly generous and has great attention to detail. We highly recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nathan’s condo. Our day started and ended on the balcony, enjoying the ocean view, quite sure we even saw a pod of dolphins one morning! Kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to cook some meals. Pingo Doce Supermarket is about a 2 minute drive and the beach really is a five minute walk. Very central location to get everywhere on the island - Nordeste was our furthest day trip and it took about an hour. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I had a most wonderful stay for 6 nights at the Ocean View 11. Before we committed to the reservation I could tell we had a lot in common with our hosts. We are an active, healthy athletic couple in our 70’s that love exploring, hiking, eating, conversing with locals and learning history. The unit is perfect and well described the way it is. I could always find parking within two blocks. The best rooms in the house are the awesome patio with oven view. We had all our breakfasts there. It’s quiet, spacious and modern. The malecón along the beach is awesome and great for a walk or run. I swam at the protected beach near it. The owners gave us an amazing list of recommended sites to visit and restaurants. Some of the best seafood I’ve ever had. We went to almost all of the sites and then some. I highly recommend this stay and we personally intend to return more to explore the extreme eastern part os Sao Miguel as well and to visit the other islands Enjoy it

Anfitrión muy amable. Tuvimos un problema para abrir la puerta pero acudió enseguida. Nos dejo souvenirs típicos de Azores. Todo estaba muy limpio. La casa era muy bonita y tenía de todo. Ubicación excelente.

Muy buen alojamiento, me he rmcontrado como en casa. Muy recomendable para largas estancias para poder disfrutar del apartamento y de los servicios, aparte del resto de la isla.
