Holiday rentals with a patio in Viladecans

Perfect and relaxing location. The space was just what we needed after a long walk on the Camino. We loved being in a neighborhood, near all of the sights, but away from the busyness of the crowds. Josephina welcomed us so kindly and took the time to acquaint us with the apartment and the neighborhood. The elevator was exactly what I needed after injuring my knee before we arrived. If I am ever in Barcelona again, I would stay here without hesitation.

We had a wonderful time!!! I traveled with my family of 6. Plenty of room. The washer and dryer was wonderful amenity. My 78 year old In laws loved the place. In the center of gothic district. Shopping and restaurants extremely close. Would Definitely book again.

We had a lovely time at Jenny’s place. She reached out to me proactively before we arrived with clear guidance to check in. Everything was nice and tidy and on the rooftop with see view we could enjoy wonderful sunrises and sunsets. All over 10/10! 😍

Javi ha sido un anfitrión extraordinario. Muy flexible para entrada y salida y pendiente de mis comunicaciones. El apartamento está en una calle donde no hay mucho estacionamiento, pero a 5 minutos andando, según me orientó Javi, hay mucho sitio para aparcar. Muy cerca de carreteras y autovías. A 15 minutos del aeropuerto.

Communication was great and prompt. Location right next to the metro is ideal. The electronic key was super helpful. Overall experience of Barcelona was made better by staying here. The only suggestion we have is that the kitchen could be better stocked with slightly better utensils and cleaning products. But still 5 stars, thanks Cesc!

Gran vía fit all our needs, easy access Montjuic, walk to Mercat Sant Antoni, easy bus connection for Park Guell and placa Catalunya/ gothic and Born district. Also easy connect to eixample ( casa Batlló/ Pedrera. Great to have a separate shower / sink & toilet and extra bedroom not to mention a great wine terrace! Tapas everywhere.

¡Todo tal como lo prometido y mejor! Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue excelente de principio a fin. Todo coincidía exactamente con la descripción del anuncio: limpio, bien equipado, cómodo y en una ubicación perfecta. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida, clara y amable en todo momento. El apartamento estaba impecable a nuestra llegada, con todos los detalles cuidados: desde la ropa de cama hasta los utensilios de cocina. Además, se notaba que piensan en la comodidad del huésped. Lo mejor es que no hubo sorpresas desagradables, todo fue tal como lo esperábamos (¡o incluso mejor!), lo cual se agradece mucho cuando uno viaja. Fue una experiencia tan buena que sin duda volveríamos a reservar este lugar en el futuro. ¡100% recomendable!

la casa di Xu si trova in una posizione molto comoda con i mezzi pubblici (sia metro sia bus). Di fronte c'è un supermercato fornito e un parco giochi. Le foto rispecchiano la realtà della casa. Per Barcellona è un buon rapporto qualità -prezzo.

Une maison décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Un havre de paix avec un extérieur tout aussi agréable avec piscine et jardin. Une hôtesse flexible et réactive aux messages. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood located just a short drive to the beach, supermarket, shopping, restaurants, and historic sites. Dana and Claudi were absolutely amazing and provided recommendations and assistance within minutes. We needed an umbrella at the gorgeous beach and Claudi quickly brought us one. My boys did not want to leave and we could have easily stayed longer. We will definitely be returning to this gorgeous location. Thank you for making our trip special. 💕

Absolutely fantastic! Isabel was so kind and welcomed us to her beautiful place.. also had a bottle of local wine ready for us.. the location is amazing..5 mins to the beach and the kids enjoyed it! Some good restaurants in walking distance.. the train station is 2 mins away with regular service to Barcelona .. despite such close proximity to the train station the itself is quiet and we slept well! Highly recommend.. and thank you Isabel for the hospitality!

I stayed here in a group of 8 friends. We loved our stay. The noise detector for night hours seems reasonable as the home is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s a 60 minute cab ride to downtown during rush hour but only a 20 minute cab ride to downtown during quieter hours. Transit is very easy from this home and takes less than an hour for most locations. The neighbourhood around the Airbnb has a lot of restaurants and the food quality is better than the touristy areas of Barcelona. There is also very nice outdoor spaces in this home. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable :)

Fantastic location, right across from the beach and close to plenty of great restaurants and activities. The beach itself is beautiful and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is lovely, well-equipped, and everything worked as expected. Check-in was smooth and easy with a self check-in link, which was very convenient. Jane was a wonderful host—proactive, responsive, and always ready with helpful suggestions. Communication was excellent throughout. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort to make the stay comfortable. I’d gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Castelldefels. My 5 day stay in Barcelona could not have been better and this is largely due to this beautiful Air B&B. The views are amazing! Sitting out on the patio for sunrises and sunsets was a daily joy. It is easy to get everywhere from Martin’s place and it is relatively quiet. Both Martin’s were very responsive and kind. I would most definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The location is extremely convenient if you’re using the metro, it’s right next to the station. While there aren’t many tourist attractions within walking distance, the apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the TV setup :) we were able to catch a few soccer games, which added a fun touch to our evenings! Communication was excellent; our host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument génial à Sitges pendant la Pride ! L’appartement est extrêmement central, à quelques pas de tout, mais reste calme et agréable. Il est propre, beau, parfaitement équipé (jusqu’au parasol pour la plage !), et offre tout le confort nécessaire. Mention spéciale pour la très grande terrasse, véritable atout pour profiter des apéros et moments de détente. Agota, notre hôte, a été d’une grande gentillesse. Même si nous ne l’avons pas rencontrée en personne, elle a toujours été très réactive et attentionnée dans ses messages. L’arrivée autonome était super simple grâce à des instructions claires, et ses recommandations locales ont été très utiles. Un immense merci Agota 🙏 Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Jesus was extremely helpful, responded quickly to any queries! The flat was lovely and spacious, my friend and myself had a lovely time staying there. It’s also right next to the train station so it was very convenient! Loved it!

Parfait petit cocon en plein centre de Sitges. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement -maison, très mignon, décoré avec goût . Il ne manquait rien, tout est bien pensé. Nous avons apprécié toutes les petites attentions ( du vin et des douceurs de bienvenue ). L’appartement était très propre. Nous avons adoré le patio , très agréable pour déjeuner ou bouquiner. Un grand merci à nos hôtes que nous n’avons pas rencontrées mais qui ont été réactives si nous avions des questions.

La casa è molto bella, grande e luminosa; completa di tutto ciò che serve, anche i prodotti igienici. Abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita e ben arredata, con un terrazzo ampio e accogliente. Sofia è una host eccezionale, ci ha dato indicazioni utili per la città, ed è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa, molto attenta ai suoi ospiti. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

We had an great stay! Christopher was friendly and responsive, making check in simple. The location was perfect—close to everything and with an amazing view . I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
