Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vilano Beach

My boyfriend and I spent our 5 year anniversary at Emily’s cottage and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The outside scenery was beautiful to wake up to, the inside decoration fit perfectly with the theme of the city, and the whole home was carefully thought out. We had an amazing/relaxing time and couldn’t have picked a better place to spend our relationship bday at!

Eason’s place is perfection. Everything was exactly as described and went above and beyond our expectation. Clear communication, absolutely no issues during our day. It’s in a great location and so close to the beach. 10/10 recommend you book it!

We had a Wonderful Family vacation with our dogs here! The House was very clean, very close to the beach! The Kitchen very well stocked! Very Private and clean beach. Can't wait to return next year! Owner was also very responsive and helpful. Great great experience! Highly recommend for families and pets!

The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

The house was beautiful, well taken care of and clean. But I have to say I am most impressed with the host. Our trip did not go as planned (issues on our end) and she was kind, responsive, helpful and understanding. She was absolutely amazing and I am very appreciative.

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

Very comfortable house. Nice backyard to hang out in. The location is great only a few minutes to downtown St. Augustine. The beach access is a short walk. Only a few people use the access we were there memorial week and had only a few people on the beach. We would stay there again. Great host.

Great stay at Geni & Chris's place. Quiet neighborhood and building. Walkable to everything! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Comfy bed and pillows. The only suggestion I have is that they put curtains in the bedroom, the sun comes in bright and early, and if you're light sleepers like we are, it is impossible to sleep past 6am in the room. That's purely personal preference though, and we still throughly enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a mile from historic downtown St. Augustine, which made it incredibly easy and straightforward to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and sights. The neighborhood was quiet and charming, offering a peaceful retreat after each day of enjoying downtown. The space itself was spotless—truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. You can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining it. The pillows were unbelievably soft and comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed in the morning! Everything we could possibly need was already there—fully stocked with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Highly recommend this gem if you're planning a trip to St. Augustine. We’ll definitely be back!

We only stayed here 2 days, but the place makes you feel like you're home. You could walk easily to the historic down to e area in just a few minutes. The home was spotless upon us arriving. Everything was perfect inside. We highly recommend this home for your next getaway.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cozy beach cottage! The property was everything we hoped for and more—clean, comfortable, and filled with charm. There’s an ocean view and we loved sitting on the deck in the evening listening to the sound of the waves. Beach access was just a short walk—less than five minutes—from the property, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy our morning walks and sunset strolls. The hosts, Kevin & Kamli, were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our trip. Our flight got in late, after dark, so they left a few lights on to make it easier for us to see when we arrived. If you’re looking for a beautiful, convenient, and well-cared-for spot in St. Augustine, this is the one. We can’t wait to come back and hope to stay longer during our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seahorse Studio! The space was beautiful, recently updated, and spotless—everything felt fresh and thoughtfully maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made it a comfortable retreat after a long day out exploring. The location was also ideal—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

We loved the location, the decor, the available extras! ( like games, towels and bathroom extras) she communicated very well and was super helpful. Just to make you aware there is a business below the loft so you are above them. The stay was great and the private parking space in the back was helpful!

Exceptional unit with incredible views. We would absolutely stay again, and hope to do so. Barbara was quick to respond and was the perfect host. Two dishwashers - what a bonus! There were lots of extra blankets, pillows, and our kids loved their bedroom. The shades kept the rooms so comfortable for sleeping in. Wonderful week with lifelong memories. Thank you, Barbara!

We enjoyed our stay in Saint Augustine Beach at Todd's listing. The best part of the rental is the beach access which is about a 10 minute walk from the unit or you can park closer in visitor spots to get to the beach and beach pool even sooner. The place was clean, AC was great, and the shower was nice and warm. We would definitely stay here again if in the area! Todd was very responsive and friendly.

This location had exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Gorgeous views from the location and beach front access made all the difference during the day. Stress free weekend and comfy cozy atmosphere. We were 5 min from really cute local restaurants and grocery store. Probably 20 min from dt but honestly we felt little need to venture out once we arrived here. Great place to unwind and unplug. We cannot wait to come back again!

I wanted to stay on a beach that was more secluded and private. We went into St Augustine many days, but I relaxed on the beach daily. Many days, I felt I had the beach to myself. It was amazing! The beach is beautiful, clean, and wide. The sand is white and sometimes pink. You can hear the waves in the condo. This is the closest we have ever been to the beach for a vacation. I was so relaxing. Prompt responses from Luke and Joslyn. My husband left his shirts in the closet and Joslyn offered to send them to use, which was very nice. This was a fantastic experience. We did go May 1-10, which is a good time to go before the crowds. We do recommend to go to St Augustine (downtown) during the week (less busy) and more beach time on the weekends.

This Airbnb was perfect for a stay for two people. The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was quiet yet close to restaurants and the beach! We’d definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect location for your trip. Beautiful and quiet beach right next to the condo. Beautiful ocean view. Only 15-20 min from downtown and a very easy drive. The condo is great and has everything you need. Would 1000% stay again

Really enjoyed our stay in Todd’s place he was a great host, with great communication. The condo had everything you would need on your beach getaway. Easy walk to the ocean. Beach was very clean and in a great location. I rate condo, host and beach a 10!!! Can’t wait to go back to St. Augustine beach.

Very cute clean, used the bikes…came in for a perfect beach ride or community ride. I absolutely would like to go back and recommend a stay.
