Situada en una tranquila zona residencial de Vallirana, en el Penedés, cuenta con la ubicación ideal para disfrutar de la naturaleza en su estado más auténtico, realizar rutas senderistas, practicar ciclismo de montaña o acampar al aire libre. Recomendamos alquilar coches. Importante: al tratarse de espacios muy amplios, el wifi sólo llega a algunas partes de la casa. Situada en una tranquila zona residencial de Vallirana, en el Penedés, cuenta con la ubicación ideal para disfrutar de la naturaleza en su estado más auténtico, realizar rutas senderistas, practicar ciclismo de montaña o acampar al aire libre. En tan sólo 30 minutos puedes llegar a las playas de Sitges, a Barcelona o al aeropuerto del Prat-Barcelona.

Beautiful duplex penthouse air-conditioned with three terraces renovated in 2013. The kitchen has all the equipment. Two rooms with shower and terrace with electric blind and deckchairs. One separate toilet. Terraces on the road side with side sea view. We acquired this apartment in 2016 after several years of vacation rental. The apartment is really as a house in 50m from the beach and 200m of the church and 350m of the station. External refurbishment of the building from October to February.

Mi apartamento está a un paso de la playa, con todos los servicios (restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias, tren, autobús) a menos de 5 minutos a pie. Apartamento con aire acondicionado, WIFI, piscina y aparcamiento privado perfecto por su ubicación e iluminación. Perfecto en una zona tranquila y a 45 minutos del centro de Barcelona. Estación de tren a cinco minutos caminando y autobuses a diez minutos. Espero poder alojaros!!!Será un placer para mi.....Todo el mundo es bienvenido!!!
