Mini appartamento con 2 letti singoli (unibili) e bagno privato. Ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Accanto al centro ma fuori ZTL. Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo :)

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

The apartment is located in a context of natural greenery, at the foot of the hills and at the gates of Reggio Emilia, the city center can be reached in a few minutes by car. The Santa Maria Nuova arcispedale can be reached in minutes by car, as well as the RCF Arena. The privileged location ensures the utmost peace of mind and enjoyment. You can have lunch/dinner in the garden and use the barbecue present! Accommodation tax of €2.5 per person (only for the first 5 days)

Beautiful courtyard apartment set in over 20 acres - the location is just right for relaxing, and eating some of the best food in Italy. If you love mountain biking or hiking this is perfect. We are 40 minutes from Bologna airport. Our nearest town is Vignola, rich in history and famous for its cherries. You can explore the region of Emilia Romagna, and return each evening and watch the sun go down with a chilled glass of wine. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

The old Ferretti farm has become a cozy country house with two independent apartments. The largest of the two is the Lauro Residence, a large space on two floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an independent entrance. It is ideal for families or groups who choose this space to stay just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by the wild animals of our large equipped garden.

In a quiet country house, just 2 km from Arena Campovolo (20 min walk) you can stay in a cozy open space fully equipped with kitchen, double French bed, sofa, TV and private bathroom. You will be provided with sheets, linen, bathroom products and everything you need for a good breakfast. Large garden with vegetable garden, private and guarded parking, possibility of putting motorcycles in the garage. Tourist tax €2 per person. Welcome bikers!

Casa di Borgo Santo Spirito

The house consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a living room, a living/study room, two bathrooms, kitchen, a laundry room and a small cellar. It is easily reachable on foot in a few minutes from the Station and for those who arrive by car and need to park it is no more than 100 meters from the underground parking lot on Kennedy Street.
