With its own entrance, two patios and extensive private grounds, this is an oasis of serenity. The contemporary design of the glass wall facing the mountains offers some of the best views in the area. It's private but not isolated, with the owners' home located nearby: we guarantee our guests total privacy, but are happy to provide assistance or recommendations if you so desire.

The apartment is located at the top of a hill,not far from the center and the normal amenities (5 minutes from the Civitanova Marche toll booth). This location allows on the one hand a classic situation of country accommodations,such as calm and tranquility,but on the other hand, you are not totally isolated. In fact, we are in the middle of the road that connects two villages a few hundred meters away. The height also gives the guest a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape.
