The 45 sqm apartment with residential pool is located in a residence, 1.5 km from the wonderful Stair of the Turks and 1 km from the Lido Rossello sea. The house consists of a bedroom with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine, sofa bed, bathroom with shower, terrace where you can spend beautiful evenings, private outdoor parking, Wi-Fi. 1 km away there are supermarkets, a pizzeria, restaurants, tobacco shops, a bank, pharmacy, bus stop, and post office.

You will also find a patio with dining area, a relaxation area equipped with comfortable sofas and another veranda with chairs and a coffee table.
