The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Vous pourrez également profiter d'une grande terrasse dominant le vignoble. Une pergola bioclimatique vous permet de vous détendre dans le jacuzzi toute l'année. Un sauna tonneau est aussi à disposition sur la terrasse.

You are 60 km southeast of Bordeaux, 10 km from the vineyards of Sauternes and Graves, 80 km from the Bassin d 'Arcachon and the Atlantic coast. Access via the A62 exit Langon at 13 km, the A65 exit Bazas at 9 km.

Pastoral sheepfold

In a rural environment, come and spend a quiet stay, in connection with nature, in the old sheepfold of our grandfather refurbished in the Landes style. On the program, walks in the forest, canoeing on the Ciron, cycle paths, cultural visits... 10 minutes from Sauternes, 15 minutes from Bazas, close to all amenities (3km). 2 mountain bikes (1 male and 1 female) are available to guests. The accommodation is a quiet wooden outbuilding, on a very quiet little street, the accommodation is totally private, equipped with a sauna area on the ground floor, as well as an equipped kitchen, and its pretty terrace. On the 1st floor, a cozy attic and air-conditioned studio with a beautiful view of the Sauternes vineyards and wine castles. There is a small sitting area with a single sofa bed and a comfortable double bed.
