Beachfront holiday rentals in Villanova

Awesome home. Location is perfect for walking along the seafront and convent to the piazza and restaurants. The Adriatic Sea views from every floor are breathtaking. Extremely clean and everything needed is provided. Kitchen has a nice size refrigerator and dishwasher along with all glassware and dishes needed. Bed was comfortable and having bathrooms on ground floor and main bedroom was great. Michael and AnnaLisa gave useful local shops/activities information. Washing machine was wonderful after our seven day stay. Spent the majority of our time on the terrace enjoying the view and wishing we did not have to leave.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. Mauro Vito’s son Gabriele was incredibly helpful. He met us at check in and helped walk us through everything about the place. He also gave great recommendations. The location is unbeatable. The terrace view is stunning! Wish we would have stayed longer. Incredible Airbnb and host. Will definitely be back.

A lovely little home situated a few minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach with shallow water and a few rock pools. Perfect for a family of 4 with young children. The main road isn't very busy so it's still relatively quiet, we enjoyed eating outside every day. There is a water park a short drive down the road which the kids loved and Monopoli is a lovely old seaside town in the opposite direction.

Lucia is a great host who left us very clear instructions and local recommendations. She is very quick with replying which is a great plus! It was also possible and easy to schedule late check-in. The location is great, 5 mins by foot from very beautiful beach. Appartment is also amazing, all according to description, can comfortably hold up to 4 people if you’re ok with two of them sleeping on a sofa bed (v comfortable one). I liked the addition of small pantry products such as salt/pepper/balsamico/basilico/tea which is sometimes missing when u want to enjoy a homemade meal in holiday appartment. Good location for visiting the Adriatic coast. Close to Polignano a Mare, Monopoli and Bari... Access to the sea is possible but with shoes (reefs). It perfectly matches the descriptions. A welcome bottle of water would have been very appreciated.

Giulia, our hostess, was contacted us even before we arrived to ensure a smooth check-in. She met us once we reached and showed us the entire house. Very happy with this the stay. You could walk to the near by beach. Giulia was always responsive to our questions.

I felt at home during my stay at Elvio's accommodation. The house had two very nice courtyards, ideal for relaxing, and was located in a quiet and guarded residential area. Everything you need is nearby: a supermarket, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, and the town in general has a cozy atmosphere. Elvio was always very attentive and available for anything you needed. A recommended accommodation!

Very well located cottage, close to the sea. Our two-week stay at the end of May was very quiet, because the season had not started. The setting is very pleasant, in a very protected pine forest. The cottage is spacious, and very well equipped. The welcome was great, in a perfectly tidy and clean house. The owner and his family are available and very welcoming. Within a 1.5 hour radius, many tourist sites are accessible. I highly recommend it, especially in May and early June, when calm and tranquility are guaranteed. Great experience. Recommended!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Beautiful house and quiet location, verykind host and always available

Antonio and his wife were two fantastic and friendly people. Always worried that everything was going perfectly, always reactive and always altruistic. The house offers many things including excellent wifi and many detergents and hygiene products. The cleanliness is impeccable. Everything was perfect, so much so that in the accommodation I felt as if I were at home. My partner Yvonne and I thank Antonio and his wife for their wonderful hospitality.

Looking to avoid the touristy Rome, Florence, and other crowded Italian cities, but still want that Italian experience with all the beauty and activity that comes with it? Come to Bari and stay here! This place was perfect! Right in the middle of Old Town, with a big beautiful wooden front door exiting into a slew of restaurants, wineries, and people. Not too flashy and not too drab. It's just perfect! And the terrace overlooking the water? Seriously, you will not get a better deal than this if you choose Bari as your visiting city. Finally, the host was super awesome and responsive. Flexible check in, great recs, and just great personality. We accidently locked ourselves out one day and when we messaged them, they got us back in within less than an hour. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town, that is, if it is available. Don't wait if it is. Just book!

Our stay at Alessia's place was wonderful. The place is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by beautiful green plants and has easy access to the beach. The appartment is very comfortable and spacious. The location is great to visit small cities nearby. I fully recommend staying at this place and hope to be back someday :)

We never met more friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts such as Enzo and Katia. Everything was perfect and they gave us very good recommendations for restaurant, beaches and even where to buy analog film for our old camera. The apartment is absolutely delightful and very tastefully equipped. it has some close by restaurants which are excellent, supermarkets and bancomat. The accommodation is bright light and right by the sea front. Walking to the historical centre is within reach a 20 minute walk, a map showing the fastest route would be helpful, peaceful location and very relaxing the terrace was exceptional, with far reaching sea views and coastline, we enjoyed just crossing the road and be able to swim in the sea. 11/10 spot! Amazing location, incredibly friendly staff (Maira was so lovely), beautiful views. We had a fabulous stay with our 2 kids and would book again in a heartbeat. We miss it already!!!! Really walkable and in the mix but also had privacy. Truly a perfect experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Dimora Apuliae! The apartment is in a prime location—just a short walk to the beaches, main attractions, and everything you’d want to see in Polignano. It’s cosy, beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable, with a lovely private balcony that we really enjoyed. Francesca and Valeria were exceptional hosts. Although we arrived around midnight and had trouble finding parking, they responded within seconds and guided us to a solution right away. Their kindness and quick communication made all the difference. Highly recommend this Airbnb—we’d definitely stay here again!

The two of them are a sweet couple. Everything was perfect. We felt at home. Everything was as described in the pictures. They even left us a present. Everything went smoothly; the keys were handed over personally, which made a very good impression on us. The apartment is just a few steps from the water, and there are three wonderful restaurants nearby. We give the Air B&B a 5-star rating and would gladly come back. We can only recommend it.

We had a lovely babymoon in the Airbnb in capitolo. It’s really close by Monopoli and the beach. Tip: if you go to the sea side walk a bit to the left over the rocks until you’ll find Cala verde. It’s really nice.
