The area, although peripheral, is quiet (in addition, there is quite student traffic as there is a Campus 10' walk, even further north). A good fast-course restaurant in front (Bitter Barrel) where you can eat something rich at a good price. El piso has TV with Netflix, y WiFi. For commenting on a negative element, a neighbor in front is very unpleasant, but this has nothing to do with the house itself.
