The house has a living/kitchen with dining table, TV, couch. The 3 bedrooms all have their own airco and bathroom. The house has been restructured, insulated and the bathrooms are functional, modern and clean. The kitchen has all necessary comforts like dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, water boiler, microwave.

The Margine Rosso beach (Poetto firs part) is two minutes by car or can be reached on foot via a path in about twelve minutes. While the other beautiful beaches of south / east Sardinia can be reached in 20/30 minutes by car.
