Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Villasimius

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

We stayed there with 3 small kids. We felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped. The place was very nice and located really good. The Centre of Villasimius was reachable on foot.

The view and the beautifully landscaped garden make you feel like you're on vacation. You can enjoy the view very well on the Hollywood swing. If you get up early enough, you can experience a great sunrise! We were there at the end of May and it was very quiet. The house could be well ventilated and we enjoyed the fly screens! In the kitchen, there was nothing missing - spices, pasta, oil, cutlery, coffee, milk, water, aluminum foil, kitchen roll, beach umbrella, etc! That was great and you need to buy less stuff. The only thing missing is a dishwasher! The contact was great and fast. 20min walk to the beach is true, but you have to go up the entire mountain again ~85 meters in altitude and that is very difficult, for example, with a small child/buggy or bicycle in the temperatures. Parking is great and right at the house, as you need the car for shopping. The entrance area has many steps and the house is relatively narrow. The open garden makes up for it.

a beautiful unique home! Sinnai is a great home base 30 min outside the city to see lots of southern beaches. Lisa is a great host! She was always available when we needed her and made us feel very welcome. Her passion for art and the Sardinian culture is felt throughout the house. Would definitely recommend!

The place is really cozy, with good taste and a few minutes by car to Assemini' s downtown, where I found supermarkets, pizzarias and basic amenities! From there, it's possible also to get fast connection by train to Gagliari. I felt that Paolo takes care of the place in all its details and was flexible to do the check in. I also felt that the neighborhood is a safe area.

My family had a wonderful stay at Michela's villa. It has everything you could possibly need for an excellent beach vacation. The accommodations were spotless. She provided beach towels and umbrellas and even starter toiletries and kitchen items. The location is excellent. A short walk to town for anything you might need and you can even walk to the beach. And she was a delight to engage with, offering recommendations and always available. In short, Michela's place is a gem. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 children (4 & 1 year) in Luisanna's house. Luisanna welcomed us very nicely and showed us the house and the great pool. The house is as described and offers everything you need. The outdoor shower has warm water, so you don't have to use the slightly smaller shower in the bathroom at all. You can reach the beach of Solanas in 5 minutes by car. There you can park for free and eat and drink in the cozy beach restaurant. A car is definitely an advantage. We highly recommend it.

All in all, a perfect vacation and a great place to stay. The amenities were great and everything you need was available. Also for the beach, practical things like a parasol or a cooler bag with cooling batteries were available. The way to the next supermarket was very short and the beautiful dream beaches are all not far away. You can also walk to the city center itself. The apartment was very clean too. The only and unfortunately a big problem was the bed, which was far too hard. Unfortunately, we did not have a relaxing sleep. Still highly recommended! Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

We were in the accommodation with two children for two weeks. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the view of the bay was gigantic, the accommodation was well equipped as described and very clean. Fabio always gave us numerous tips quickly. You could reach various beaches on foot, even though the accommodation is located on a steep mountain (but the view is worth it). Nothing was missing and we would come back immediately. Definitely a recommendation!

We enjoyed our stay in Stefano's apartment. The flat is very well equipped in everything you need to spend time in comfortable way. Great view from the upper terrace. Stefano is very friendly, caring host. The apartment is located in quiet part of Villasimius, walking distance to the city center. I would recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in Villasimius.

Marzia’s place was phenomenal! An excellent location to explore Villasimius and surrounding areas. Marzia was an excellent host despite not being physically in Villasimius. Marzia offered a lot of advice on things to do and places to go. The Pizzeria below the AIRBNB offered quick and easy food if you were in a pinch. The balcony was a nice place to have a morning coffee or relax. The electric retractable awnings sheltered you from the sun when on the balcony, a nice touch! We spent our days exploring beaches and did a snorkelling tour one day. Overall will definitely stay here again next time we are in Villasimius!

Everything met our expectations, from the accommodation to the quality and beauty of the services in the Costa Rey area. Paolo helped us with absolute kindness and helpfulness in dispensing culinary and extraculinary advice. Ours is definitely a goodbye and see you soon!

Fantastic accommodation in a great location and very nice owners!

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us as if we were family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the south-east of Sardinia up to the most distant one of Costa Rei which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the vacation a little without "having to" (with many quotation marks) necessarily go to the beach.
