Claire’s rental space was beyond my expectations. Everything and so much more than what a camera can capture. There is an ambiance and beautiful treasure awaiting all who come. Claire and her husband, Alain , made such a generous strides to be excellent hosts. I have never had such kind and gracious hosts along with such pristine and beautiful accommodations. We will be back and will not want to stay anywhere else!

This apartment is very beautiful and relaxing. It has such a stunning view of the lake. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. We were very pleased staying here.

Kenji’s dad, Michel, was super helpful, patient and kind. The space is lovely and zen; the coffee pods and Yves Rocher products were a testament to how much attention has gone into the place. Downtown is a 10 minute walk. Parking is provided. Highly recommend!

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

We had a lovely stay as a family at this listing. The house is well-equipped and spacious, and has a large garden. The accommodation is very located only 15 mins walk from the lake and the city. Our host was available for the duration of our stay.

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and very open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation matches the description of the listing exactly and is very functional. Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

We absolutely loved this property. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet in the evenings but steps away from dining, bars and other activities. The area is very walkable. The restaurants and shops in the area are very friendly- we felt like part of the neighborhood when we left. We made many friends. Everything matched the description perfectly and the AC was cool and comfortable the one really warm day. We loved having a refrigerator and kitchen to reheat leftovers from the amazing nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning. The location, the team and the accommodations were perfection.

Everything was perfect. Stunning apartment, spacious, clean, equipped, peaceful, incredible views. Close to the centre but far enough to get good exercise in daily. Great communication with the lovely hosts, it was just perfect. We would love to come back. Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you so very much.
