Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Ville-la-Grand

Small functional and very well-equipped apartment with even a nice little balcony. The location is very good: opposite the departure of the Aiguille cable car, the whole center of Chamonix, whose restaurants and shops are accessible in a few minutes on foot. Parking is also an advantage because parking is difficult in this city, note that the parking has several narrow passages and traffic requires attention. The only downside is the presence of a nightclub nearby whose music can be heard at night (not to the point of waking you up, however).

Superb location in the middle of the old town. 1 minute walk from main canal, 2 mins to the best restaurants and bars, 3 mins from the lakeside. The host was always very responsive and so helpful!

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I recommend it!

Another good stay at Willy's. His apartment is very functional and very quiet. Willy is very attentive and very available.

Lovely place, practical and especially peaceful. Away from the hustle and bustle of the old city but only 7mins away on a bike, 20mins walk. I would recommend without hesitation 🙂

We stayed in Kevin’s apartment for one weekend and we absolutely loved it. You have a great view on the French Alps from the big yet cozy balcony. Overall, the location is amazing, as it literally is a 2 minute walk to the lake and the historic centre can be reached within 15 minutes walking distance. Kevin was a great host and I’d like to point out that on the day of our arrival we had a big delay due to heavy traffic, thus we could not arrive on the agreed time but Kevin dealt with it in a flexible and very uncomplicated manner, although we arrived quite late at night. Also, thank you for recommending us great local restaurants and bakeries😊😊

Clean studio upon arrival, in all respects in accordance with the description, with its very shady balcony! In the old town, probably difficult to access for two elderly people, it is ideally located. So to nitpick maybe, I would put a classic coffee maker to make a large cup of coffee before leaving on a hike but we had planned it.🌞 Accommodation to recommend without hesitation. Everything was perfect. An idyllic place with breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the Swiss mountains. The house is spacious and impeccably maintained. Cozy cottage, mountain spirit assured with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, it lacked nothing.t. all. We were greeted with a beautiful Christmas tree, accompanied by small gifts. The cottage was well heated, clean, impeccable bedding, bathroom the same, open kitchen, functional, well-equipped. I would recommend this cottage located in a charming little village. Thanks to the owner.

The house matches the descriptions, well-positioned in relation to the activities we wanted to do, it is in a quiet location, our stay at Isabelle's went very well.

Muriel was very kind and welcoming upon arrival and greeted us in person. She made sure we felt right at home and gave us a few recommendations for hiking and sightseeing. Her place was thoughtfully decorated with antique wooden floors and walls, and we felt like there was a story behind every detail. She also greeted us in the morning and ensured we had a nice stay. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to come back!

Very well-equipped accommodation where you have everything you need to have a good stay. The apartment is quiet and is very well located. Yvette and Vincent are very welcoming and give good advice to guide you on your mountain bike rides or markets. We had a great stay and will definitely come back

Our stay at Cyril's went very well. The apartment matches the photos, a great view of the mountain and Lake Avoriaz, quiet. Good to know: a little walking from the parking lot to get to the apartment (100% pedestrian station). Small downside however for the clic clac, the mattress has lived a little. That said, we had a nice week of family vacation.

I would this property. Great location, with the ski bus every 30min or on foot in 15min, you are at the foot of the slopes. Superb views of the slopes. Cossy listing, as described. Very responsive and friendly hosts.

Beautiful apartment in a great location with a magnificent view of the mountains. We were able to see deer walking around in the evening and in the morning when we woke up. Well-equipped with even board games for children. Very good weekend.

Great place to visit Lausanne and the neighbouring towns. 10 min walk to the station and 20 min by train to Lausanne station. Great appartement to stay with a baby/toddler! Anne provided all amenities for our little one to feel at home (including the bath). He especially loved the box of toys. Nice to be able to enjoy a small garden & terrasse. Anne has always been very responsive, despite our delayed arrival. And it is very convenient to have a host living not so far

Everything was perfect. Stunning apartment, spacious, clean, equipped, peaceful, incredible views. Close to the centre but far enough to get good exercise in daily. Great communication with the lovely hosts, it was just perfect. We would love to come back. Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you so very much.
