Holiday rentals with a patio in Villena

They are the best hosts that I have ever met with. The apartam is well-furhished, clean and spacious, the view from the whole apartman is breathtaking. The tram is very close, you can reach the city center in 10mins.

A lovely few days in Spain. Views over the Med, you can’t beat the apartment for location and views. So comfy, really well thought out property. Excellent set up/ facilities too which are worth it to be comfy and feel at home. Really great service and hospitality too from Isco 🙌

Monika is a great host, very responsive. The accommodation is clean, functional, an exceptional view of the sea. Everything was perfect. The exteriors, gardens, swimming pools all remain clean Great value for money. I 1000% recommend Monika's apartment

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was beautiful and the location was very central. The host was very responsive and even came to the apartment when we had an air con issue. He also booked us a taxi during the busy festival times, and made sure we got to the airport. We couldn’t recommend him and the apartment more, we will back! Thank you!

Where do I start - this Airbnb has to be one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at ! It looked exactly like the pictures, was so clean and spacious ! Pedro arranged balloons, cake and a bottle of cava for our arrival. We will definitely be returning again !

We loved staying in this apartment, which was even better than in the photos. An incredible view with a very well-appointed balcony. The accommodation is clean, pleasant, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Very clean and pretty pool. The hosts are responsive and the people who welcome you on site are available and attentive to any requests and questions, whether by message or in person. I recommend this accommodation 1000 times.

An unforgettable stay, we would have stayed in the house all the holidays. It has a special charm, the house does not lack a detail. It's ideal for going with a pet. We felt at home. It is a quiet area with good transport links. The host Eduardo was not there (but attentive to what we needed), but his sister Ana was with her dog Milna, who we fell in love with. Without a doubt, if we return to Alicante, we would love to stay at Casa LA COVA. Thank you very much, I wish there were many accommodations like this

The place was just like the photos. Communication with Nuria was very good, in fact she was very flexible for both the check-in and check-out of the apartment. In addition, it was impeccable, super clean and equipped. Highly recommended! I would definitely repeat!

This place has incredible beds, easy ground floor access from the street, free parking right outside, a cute design, and is squeaky clean. The kitchen had almost no tools and supplies. The friendly and sincere host is promising to upgrade so if the kitchen matters (and it should as nothing is open in winter in Novelda) then please check with him to confirm the additions before you book. Novelda is great. In February it’s mostly closed up but the casa museo moderniste, the nearby tourist information (in another lovely space), the close by church, San Pedro Apóstol, the plaza Espanol are lovely. The Casino is great for a look and a drink. In my opinion, the modernist museum is not to be missed. The Parque d’Oeste has modernistic features mostly near the entrance and it worth a visit. And there is a church and castle about 10 minutes outside of town, well worth the visit. The church is also modernist, built by a follower of Gaudi. It’s amazing.

We had a night since we were traveling and it was better than expected. Very responsive host at all times, all very clean and good location. What if we missed it was kitchen cloths and wipes. We will repeat yet.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

We were delighted to have been able to spend our stay in Alicante in this apartment. Extremely well located with the metro almost at the foot of the building, and a view that helps you feel like you're on vacation! I highly recommend it.

Tina and Roger are adorable, the accommodation is perfect. With a key box and a parking space right in front of the terrace. Extremely clean and functional, there is everything. It is as relaxing as it is well located and close (by car) to many tourist sites. Access to the pool is a real plus because it is quiet and the view is breathtaking. Excellent place, recommended for a couple, very comfortable. The best thing is the views of the sea and the city of Altea. You need a car if you want to go shopping and get around. Beautiful beaches to walk to from the property.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Everything was perfect, a highly recommended place. Javi has been 10/10 and the accommodation is as advertised. If I go back to Elche, I'm sure I'll come back here.

We were very comfortable. The parking is very spacious and easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need and is very cool and quiet. You can walk to the beach and there are shops nearby to buy. The location provided by the app is wrong and sends you to Benidorm. I recommend asking the host for the location so you don't get lost. Thank you for everything.
