Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

L’endroit parfait pour faire une pause loin du tumulte, tout en restant connecté au monde si besoin.

Newly renovated pleasant 40 m2 house comprising 1 living room, open kitchen equipped for cooking well. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm that can accommodate a couple by joining them or 2 work colleagues by separating them with an office, fiber installed, a large dressing room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

Maison collégiale - jardin 4 pers- cité médiévale

The house is at the foot of the Saint Quiriace collegiate church which plunges into the garden. It's an old canon's house. It has been tastefully restored. It has crazy charm and an incredible soul. It is located on a very quiet shaded square and the garden allows you to rest while admiring the dome of the collegiate church. You'll feel right at home here. The furniture has been antiqued and the decor is very neat. The beds are of hotel quality. Linens are old linen.

Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

Just 25 minutes from the medieval town of Provins and 20 minutes from the Champagne cellars, this peaceful house is a true haven of relaxation in the heart of nature. Nestled on the edge of a forest and surrounded by open fields, it offers a calm, light-filled setting perfect for unwinding. Ideal for one or two families with children, the house includes two double bedrooms and a large central room designed as a spacious, friendly dorm-style space.

The Little Redwood House

Small independent house with garden and fireplace, located in the middle of nature at the edge of the forest in a small very quiet hamlet with little traffic. Forest walks accessible directly from the house, without needing to take the car. Bicycles are available free of charge upon request in advance. Possibility of having a rustic breakfast at an additional cost, to be specified at the time of booking.

Ideal for business or leisure stays. In the heart of the medieval city, the Repaire des Loups is ideally located for your walks in the heart of the Upper Town. All the main monuments and the Knights and Eagles shows are within a 5-minute walk. Free parking near the cottage. Between October 15 and April 15, the guest must pay €08 per night for the consumption of electric heating. Restaurants nearby.

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
