Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

La maison est au pied de la collégiale Saint Quiriace qui plonge dans le jardin. C'est une ancienne maison de chanoine. Elle a été entièrement restaurée avec goût. Elle a un charme fou et une âme incroyable. Elle se situe sur une place ombragée très calme et le jardin permet de se reposer tout en admirant le dôme de la collégiale. Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous ici. Le mobilier a été chiné et la décoration est très soignée. Les lits sont de qualité d'hôtellerie. Les draps sont en lin ancien.

Newly renovated pleasant 40 m2 house comprising 1 living room, open kitchen equipped for cooking well. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm that can accommodate a couple by joining them or 2 work colleagues by separating them with an office, fiber installed, a large dressing room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

De l’agriculteur du village à la nounou, les habitant de Saint Loup, sont accueillants et prendront plaisir à vous faire partager leurs histoires de famille autour d’un bon café !

Parking gratuit à proximité du gîte. Entre le 15 octobre et le 15 Avril le voyageur doit payer €08 par nuit pour la consommation du chauffage électrique. Restaurants à proximité.

Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

Ideal for one or two families with children, the house includes two double bedrooms and a large central room designed as a spacious, friendly dorm-style space.

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
