Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Idéal pour télétravailler, se reposer ou explorer la région. Profitez de la terrasse privative pour vos petits-déjeuners au soleil ou vos soirées sous les étoiles, dans le calme absolu de la campagne. L’endroit parfait pour faire une pause loin du tumulte, tout en restant connecté au monde si besoin.

Newly renovated pleasant 40 m2 house comprising 1 living room, open kitchen equipped for cooking well. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm that can accommodate a couple by joining them or 2 work colleagues by separating them with an office, fiber installed, a large dressing room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

Independent studio in the countryside, dining area and private bathroom. Located on a well-planted property, quiet in a small village located north of the Aube between Troyes and Romilly-sur-Seine. Access to the property is through our courtyard and independent entrance. kitchenette equipped for breakfast and simple meals. Free parking on site. Shared pool (with us) Large accessible garden with dining and relaxation areas. Our house is next door.

The Edouardine in Champagne

L'Edouardine is a guest house renovated in 2018 on our farm. The place is green in a hamlet of a small Champagne village. Composed of a large living room with open kitchen and three beautiful bedrooms, each with its own walk-in shower and private toilet. For a weekend booking and upon request, you would have the opportunity to be welcomed on Friday from the end of the morning and leave on Sunday no later than 4 p.m.

Extension – Cozy home

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

During your visit, you can relax in the large garden, swim in the Seine 100 meters away, fish or canoe and make a fire or barbecue in the evening. You can walk between the champagne vines, cycle or take a day trip to Troyes, Provins and Paris.
