Dans une petite piétonne ou vous apprécierez le le calme, le silence et la tranquillité. Orienté sud-est, l'appartement est très lumineux, de grandes fenêtres permettent un ensoleillement maximal. L'appartement a été refait à neuf en 2021. Il est confortablement meublé et et très bien équipé. Parfait pour les loisirs ou le travail.
