Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Villeneuve-d'Ascq

Beautiful home in an ideal location, walkable to Cloth Hall, Menin Gate, and many shops and restaurants. Private garden in back is a perfect place to sit at the end of the day. Washer and dryer were an added bonus. Highly recommended place to stay! One note: interior steps are steep and may be difficult for elderly guests.

Endroit incroyable ! Encore plus beau en vrai qu’en photo. Nous avons été super bien accueillis, nous avions tout à disposition et la cuisine est super-mega équipée ! La literie est extrêmement confortable, le linge de maison aussi, produits de salle de bain de très bonne qualité. Bref nous avons été très séduit ! Week-end avec 13 amis, nous avons fait un barbecue et bien profité de toute la maison. Super je recommande vivement !

This place is amazing! such a beautiful location. We had a lovely time for our 4 days. The house is great, very tastefully decorated and lots of amenities. The pool was an excellent addition but unfortunately the weather wasn't as warm as we had hoped. Nevertheless we had a lovely relaxing time, playing boules, walking the vast grounds and enjoying the peace. We hope to visit again.

Heel fijn verblijf gehad! Prachtige omgeving tussen de velden, ideaal om tot rust te komen en bovendien een heerlijke plek voor onze twee dochters om zich uit te leven in de tuin. Tijdens ons verblijf is er een lammetje geboren, dus dat was voor onze dochters helemaal leuk. 😊

Wij hebben hier een geweldige tijd gehad op deze prachtige locatie! Alles is werkelijk tot in de puntjes geregeld, hier kunnen andere Airbnb’ers nog veel van leren. Het zwembad, de bedden, bbq, bar met Pooltafel en alle overige voorzieningen zijn van hoge kwaliteit en comfort. Wat een genot! Onze complimenten voor Julie en Dieter, zij hebben hier iets heel moois neergezet en daarbij communiceren zij proactief! Grote kans dat ik hier nog een keer terug kom met vrienden of familie! Vijf sterren waardig plus de prijs kwaliteit is dik in orde!

Het is een prachtig huis, alles is perfect en werkt ook perfect. We hebben enorm genoten van onze paar dagen in dit paradijsje.

Mooi verblijf met veel ruimte rustig gelegen en op wandelafstand van centrum Ieper. We waren met 3 koppels en 2 kinderen. Voldoende plaats. Ook speelgoed voor de kleinsten aanwezig. Tilly en Stijn zijn vriendelijke hosts, en waren zeer flexibel in aankomst en vertrektijden. Zeker een aanrader!

On a passé un séjour très agréable. hôte bien accueillant, endroit paisible, logement est bien équipé. je recommande se logement.

Ein sehr schönes Appartment mit tollen individuellen Details. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause und es ist an alles gedacht, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und Elke hat super Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben.

Ce logement est un enchantement, idéal pour un séjour en couple. Très accessible car légèrement en dehors du centre-ville de Roncq, il est très tranquille (pas un bruit) et le relais-tram de la Cerisaie à Tourcoing est à 15 min de voiture pour qui veut se rendre à Lille sans tester les bouchons et stationnement payant. D'une propreté impeccable, le logement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour 2 personnes, et même d'une petite terrasse dans le jardin que le temps ne nous a pas permis d'utiliser. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort de la literie, les grandes serviettes de bain qui sentaient bon comme à la maison, l'aménagement général, à la fois simple et fait avec goût et le sens du détail. Et que dire des petits cadeaux d'arrivée qui nous ont régalés ! Un grand merci à Véronique, hôtesse à la fois attentionnée et discrète. Vous l'aurez compris, nous sommes conquis et reviendrons sans hésiter lors d'un prochain séjour dans le nord.

Can’t speak highly enough of this beautiful experience. The apartment was idyllic and Gilles and Zoe were the perfect hosts. What stood out was the very thoughtful accessories and the homely atmosphere in a gorgeous rustic French environment and literally only 2 paces to the metro. One of my best ever AirBnB experiences. Oh and Gilles and Zoe were lovely hosts. Can't recommend any more highly.

We enjoyed a wonderful few days at Michael’s apartment. Very central and easy to reach all the key areas. Fabulous restaurants- Michael made some lovely recommendations. Michale was always quick to respond and the apartment is equipped with all you need for a city break. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Sophies Wohnung ist sehr hell und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt unten am Kanal und die Innenstadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort befinden sich etliche Restaurants und Cafés auf dem großen Marktplatz. Sophies Wohnung verfügt auch noch über einen kleinen Außenbereich in einem gemütlichen Innenhof. Wir würden hier immer wieder übernachten.

Stephaan was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and he generously gave us samples of his homemade wine, beer and honey. We would highly recommend Stephaan’s property to anyone planning a visit to the Ieperstraat area.

We stayed at Jean Luc's for one night with our toddler and baby and could happily have stayed longer. The flat was perfect for us - spacious, well equipped and toys! Jean Luc was very welcoming and friendly, offering us to have our meals by the pool. It's a really beautiful space, perfect for kids, and nice to have the option of breakfast. The only thing to note is it's on the second floor so might not be ideal for people with mobility issues.

If we would be able to give 6 stars we would. This house is truly amazing. The location is great, the views are stunning and the house and facilities are exceptional. Everything in the house is build out of the most luxurious materials and the design is flawless. The kitchen is fully stacked with all compliances you need to create those 5 star mails. And would you like to BBQ there is a Big Green Egg and an OFYR (or similar) outside la plancha cooker. If you are seeking the perfect experience with your family or friends we would wholeheartedly recommend the Shepherds farm.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Stijn. Die Lage war super, wenn auch nicht komplett abgeschieden im Wald. Die Matratzen waren leider durchgelegen und sollten aus unserer Sicht ausgetauscht werden. Gut fanden wir, dass ein Willkommens-Brot sowie ausreichend Kaffeekapseln vorhanden waren. Die Pumpe war zwar laut, allerdings sprang diese nur an, wenn man Wasser verwendet hat. Dies störte uns also keineswegs. Alles war sauber und die Matte zwischen den Bäumen war Weltklasse! Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Heel flexibele en steeds bereikbare gastheer/vrouw, super locatie. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen. Prachtige tuin, schitterend uitzicht + diervriendelijk, aanrader.

Heerlijke dagen gehad in een geweldig huisje met mooie tuin. Ontvangst was top. Er is zoveel te beleven in deze regio we komen zeker terug. We hebben de auto niet gebruikt en alles op de fiets kunnen doen. Dit huisje is echt een aanrader.
