Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon

Grand logement, bien équipé et bien placé. Très fonctionnel. Avant de quitter le logement, les hôtes demandent à faire le tour de ce dernier ; il faut donc convenir d'un RDV pour la restitution des clefs.

Le logement correspondait vraiment à nos attentes. Conforme à la description. le jaccuzi est super bien disposé. Ce logement doit vraiment être une pépite en fin de saison avec son insert a bois sur la terrasse a côté du jaccuzi... Eric est Hôte habitué tres arrangeant et sympathique, le logement est fonctionnel avec un classeur qui explique tout ce qu'il faut savoir, et les bonnes adresse.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, wir konnten die ruhige Umgebung, den wunderschönen Garten und den tollen Pool bei perfektem Wetter sehr genießen. Marie und Albert sind hervorragende Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, die Privatsphäre war jederzeit gegeben und wir haben uns immer auf ein nettes Gespräch gefreut, wenn wir uns getroffen haben. Wir vermissen es schon jetzt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

This property is set in a very peaceful neighbourhood and with its large grounds and detached porch is an ideal place to unwind and relax. The accommodation was clean, the kitchen well equipped and with its location just a few km outside Avignon it also served as an ideal base to explore this beautiful region.

This is a luxury property. It is beautifully landscaped and the pool was large and inviting. In fact we mixed our plans one day to chill outside. The kitchen has what is needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms are well appointed and the bathrooms are more accommodating than a hotel room. The surrounding town is lovely. Quieter than others in Provence. We would definitely return and recommend. Andre was the consummate host.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la propriété proposée par Adrien. Celui ci a été très conciliant et très flexible. La maison correspondait aux descriptions, et tout était comme cela nous avait été annoncé. Les chambres étaient très propres, serviettes, draps, vraiment rien à dire concernant l'aspect logistique. La piscine était nickel, les abords pelouses impeccables, chaises longues en bon état : parfait. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande très clairement cette maison. On s'y sent vraiment bien, nous étions 12 personnes, chacun se sentait à l'aise, et avons passé une très agréable séjour ! Encore merci de votre accueil, et de votre flexibilité (horaires d'arrivée et de départ).

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette belle villa. Il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire. Grâce à la clim, l’intérieur de la maison (y compris les chambres) reste frais donc très agréable pour dormir. Jolie terrasse avec une piscine. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. Justine nous a très bien accueillies. Elle a été réactive par message au cours du séjour lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous recommandons cette maison.

This house is a gem, situated in an unbelievable vista looking back at the Alpilles with a really nice pool and garden area. The house has everything you need, the kitchen is great, coffee machine is very good. There is an Intermarche about 5 minutes away that is quite good, so we ate at home a lot. It was unusually hot while we were there (almost 90 degrees each afternoon) and the house does not have AC, except for one upper bedroom. The floors are cooled with a Daikin water system, and it helps but you have to get through 5-7 p.m. The temps drop at night, so it is very do-able even when hot, especially if you take a dip in the pool. The Pétanque court is very cool too, and the barbeque works great. In the garden, there are so many flowering plants and trees that it smells very fresh and fragrant. Overall, we would definitely come back.

Perfect location in the heart of the town. Christel was more a gracious host: friendly, very helpful, and proactive with local recommendations. The space is even more charming than advertised. Would stay again!

Alles Super!

Die Unterkunft von Nino und Christine war sehr großzügig und bot ausreichend Platz für unsere vierköpfige Familie. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügte über einen großen Kühlschrank und viel Arbeitsfläche. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir verbrachten schöne Stunden im und am Pool. Dieser war großzügig, hatte einen flachen Einstieg für Kinder und das Wasser war sehr sauber und angenehm warm. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wonderful apartment right in the city center; easy to walk wherever you want! Clean and well appointed. Only thing remotely negative worth noting is that the unit is on the fourth floor of a walk-up, so may not be ideal for people who struggle with a lot of stairs.

Lovely spot. The apartment inside looks all new/renovated, but the building is historic looking and very charming. Location is amazing. You can’t park in the town, but there is some free parking 10 min walk away. Communication was prompt. The apt was even provided with some souvenir soaps, which is a nice detail. The apt is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator, but that’s Europe for you… overall had such a great stay

The location is the best in Avignon, easy walk to all centre of old town atttractions, many good restaurants. Access straightforward. We had a child and two people in mid 70s - no problems. The apartment is very large, and clean, with quality appliances (washer, dishwasher, aircon etc), and they have invested in a network to boost wifi (Jason can provide the details) which was excellent. It looks like the photos and the view is amazing. All we looked for was present in terms of bottle openers, washing pods etc and it was very well presented without clutter. The building is very old and you do occasionally need to reset if you put on too many appliances and trip the electricity, but this is common in old French flats, we have had this issue before in other places, and the instructions when this occurred were easy to follow - easy fixed. The only thing we mention is that the TV on the listing has no connections (this was not a concern for us). This was an excellent stay - we recommend!

Charmant gîte cosy aménagé avec goût, très bien équipé, propreté impeccable, literie confortable. Configuration parfaite pour un couple. Les hôtes sont chaleureux, l'accueil et la réactivité sont impeccables et de bonnes recommandation. Fort bien situé, il est à la fois facile de rejoindre Bagnols pour les commerces tout en étant en pleine nature avec plein de randonnées possibles toutes proches et de beaux sites à visiter. Gros plus pour le poêle avec le bois fourni, les flambées sont réconfortantes à la froide saison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre magnifiques randonnées et repos au coin du feu.

Quelle maison magnifique et spacieuse. Bien équipée, de tout confort et très propre. La piscine est super et la grille autour aussi. Aurore est fantastique et toujours prête à nous donner des conseils.

Ein absoluter Traum – 5 Sterne! Die Villa war einfach perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt! Alles war super sauber, sehr gepflegt und genau wie auf den Bildern – wenn nicht sogar noch schöner. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – groß, sauber und ideal zum Entspannen. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr einladend und ruhig – ideal für erholsame Tage in der Sonne. Die Buchung lief komplett reibungslos, der Kontakt war freundlich und professionell, und alles hat hervorragend geklappt. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir (Zwei Ehepaare) hatten das Haus für drei Wochen gemietet. Was soll ich sagen: schon beim Einfahren auf das wunderschöne und sehr große Grundstück mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten (inkl. überdachter Außenbar/Grillplatz) haben wir uns in diesen Ort verliebt. Pierre hat uns zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns gut mit den nötigen Informationen zum Haus und auch zum großen sehr sauberen und gepflegten Swimmingpool versorgt. An Hausgeräten und Geschirr fehlte es an nichts. Wir haben jedenfalls nichts vermisst. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer. Der Essbereich bot schöne Blicke über das Gelände und wir haben es genossen, den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen. Es gab für vier Personen ausreichend Möglichkeiten, sich zurück zu ziehen, wenn es gewünscht war. Ich denke, auch mit sechs Personen kann man sich in Pierres Haus super wohlfühlen. Einhellige Meinung aller vier Urlauber: Ein perfekter Ort für uns, wir hätten nichts besseres finden können. Uli aus Karben

Séjour exceptionnel dans un mas provençal authentique! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce magnifique mas provençal. Indiscutablement la plus belle villa du quartier. La maison est pleine de charme, décorée avec goût. Tout est pensé pour le confort des invités, de la cuisine parfaitement équipée à la literie de qualité. Le jardin et la piscine sont de véritables havres de paix, idéaux pour se détendre en famille, et un patio très convivial pour des soirées plancha. L'emplacement est parfait : proche des petits villages pittoresques et des marchés locaux, tout en offrant une tranquillité absolue loin de l'agitation touristique. Nous remercions notre hôte Nadine pour ses conseils sur les activités locales et les bons restaurants. Nous recommandons vivement ce mas pour tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience provençale authentique et relaxante. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour en Provence! ☀️☀️☀️

C’était simplement parfait!!! Tout est beau et élégant dans ce mas! Et mention spéciale aux lits qui sont particulièrement confortables! Et aussi (allez soyons fous) mention à la piscine à la température idéale!!!!

Prachtig verblijf met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf op deze prachtige locatie. De accommodatie is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Een absolute troef is de ruime overkapping, waar we veel tijd hebben doorgebracht. Onder de overkapping vind je een plancha, een gezellige eetplaats, een comfortabele zithoek én zelfs ruimte om te sporten – ideaal voor zowel ontspanning als activiteit. Tot onze verrassing stonden er ook fietsen ter beschikking, wat het nog makkelijker maakte om de omgeving te verkennen. De kamers zijn comfortabel ingericht. Let wel: de kamer aan het zwembad heeft een iets kleiner bed (een twijfelaar), wat voor sommige gasten misschien iets minder ruim kan aanvoelen. Wat deze plek extra bijzonder maakt, is de veelzijdigheid ervan. We hebben bijna elke dag op een ander plekje op het terrein doorgebracht – er is zoveel keuze aan

We had the most amazing stay in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue! The house was even better than we expected from the photos! The house is professionally decorated and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. We enjoyed making meals and taking them out back to eat in the back yard. The house guide was super helpful with instructions and local recommendations. Gabrielle was the perfect host and always responded quickly to any message. While in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, we were able to tour local wineries and even helped locals with the harvest - such an amazing experience! We fell in love with the area for its authenticity, beauty and people.

A beautiful charming house in the heart of provence between Arles and Avignon. Completely private, wonderful swimming pool lots of space in the house for guest to spread out could comfortably take 8 or 10.
