You will be on the 2nd and top floor without elevator access with a great view. 50 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. In the heights of the Sainte-Catherine district, a 5-minute walk from the Vieux Bassin, the historic district and the city center.

Important : Le studio est en vente. Je peux donc être amenée à le faire visiter (environ 5 minutes) en vous prévenant et en évitant le matin tôt ou le soir tard. Il est parfaitement situé, à 50 mètres de la plage ! Le village est très authentique, entre Trouville et Honfleur. Vous pourrez vous y rendre à pied par la plage. Vous pourrez y préparer vos repas. Il y a 1 supérette à 100 mètres et des supermarchés à 5 kms. Le lit est convertible mais fait pour un couchage permanent.

It is also close to the Eugène Boudin Museums or the Satie Houses. The markets that take place on Wednesday mornings and Saturday mornings are accessible by a staircase 100 meters from the apartment. Bed linen, towels, dish towels, toilet paper and cleaning fees are included in the price.

You can leave your car there for the duration of your stay. All visits to the city as well as shopping can be done on foot. The small courtyard is a place shared with me and my neighbor
