A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. 42 m² house with its private 100 m² garden and 2 terraces with PIZZA oven. A private heated 10 m² swimming pool overlooking the terrace is reserved for you on the grounds (without time constraints for use), a Mediterranean garden is present with palm tree, coconut tree, lemon tree, banana tree and olive tree. The house has a full American kitchen (fridge, induction cooktop, ovens, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, etc.) with a table and 4 chairs.

Les Songes d'Augustine is a tribute to an old lady, our home. With the utmost respect for our elders, we renovated it with all our heart while preserving its soul of yesteryear. Preserving its beams, its stones and adding touches of comfort and modernity. Les Songes d'Augustine is an old lady who puts on her Sunday best, it's the sweetness of her flowery and shaded patio, it's a pretty kitchen equipped because it has the taste of the South.
