Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The attic apartment has a large living room with open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. Towels are provided. Bedroom 1 has a single bed measuring 200 x 100 cm and, if required, a folding bed measuring 200 x 100 cm for the 4th person. There's also a desk here. From this room there is a door to the balcony. In bedroom 2 there is a double bed with a size of 200 × 140 cm. A children's travel cot can be provided. Bedding is available.

Stylishly furnished first floor apartment incl. Parking space can accommodate 2-4 max. people. Quiet and yet within walking distance of the historic city center with restaurants, cafes and bars. Covered terrace with view of the countryside. The lovingly furnished bedroom has a 1.80-wide bed and in the living room there is a pull-out sofa for 1-2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The highway A 81 towards Singen and Stuttgart and the B27 are 3 minutes away.

In the Gräbele

The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

Black Forest Girl

The self-renovated apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building and can accommodate 4 to 6 people (5 adults). Children are welcome, but the apartment is not childproof or handicapped accessible. A highchair and a baby travel bed are available on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. 1 sofa bed is located in the adjoining room of the bedroom and is only accessible in this way. In the living room, the sofa can also be converted into a bed.

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. Nestled between the Black Forest and the Swabian Alps, this country house is detached at the end of a small village in the Rottweil area. Attractions such as the Thyssen Tower (6 km), Hohenzollern Castle (28 km), Lake Constance approx. 50 minutes or the 8-thousanders of the Swabian Alps offer many leisure activities alone by mountain bike or with the whole family and friends.

In the village, there are 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, and 1 supermarket, which are reachable in a few minutes' walk. A hotel with a restaurant, a doner snack and a good bourgeois inn are also reachable in a few minutes' walk.
