For colder days we have both a sauna and a fireplace. Isolated and heated. Equipped with water for all amenities. Great base spot to reach several sections of the Stockholm Archipelago Trail.

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Alla bekvämligheter som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Kök, 3 sovrum (en dubbelsäng, två singelsängar samt två extrasäng vid behov) , 2 badrum med WC, en dusch.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.

Cozy house on Värmdö in the Stockholm archipelago, in sunny south west location with lake view over Skärmaröviken. The house is located in the quiet village Ramsdalen outside Saltarö (Värmdö), only 40 kilometers from Slussen, and you can get here by car (40-45 minutes ) or bus. The bus, which stops outside the house, takes just over an hour from Slussen (one change).
