Modern cottage with panoramic views in Rauland

We rent out our holiday paradise on Rauland. The cabin was new winter 2023 and is located on a hill with panoramic views of Lake Totak. Short distance to the city center (4 km). The area offers great hiking opportunities in summer and winter. In the winter you can strap on your skis at the cabin and go out into the cross-country network in Rauland which is over 150 km. If you drive 15 minutes you are in the downhill slopes in Holtardalen. If you walk 10 minutes you will reach fine sandy beaches at Totak. Several hiking trails in forest terrain in the immediate vicinity

Mountain idyll: views, fishing, mountain trips, skiing paradise

Here you will find great fishing waters, amazing mountain tours, ski tours, alpine slopes, sauna by the bathing water, farm/farmhouses for the children, 12-hole frisbee golf surrounded by mountains and water and much more, or you can just crawl up on a soft sofa to enjoy an atmospheric and inviting cabin, 960 masl with beautiful views. The cabin offers beautiful, year-round furnished patios, toys/games and all amenities, including a small sauna. Here everything is set for memorable experiences - even for your pet if you want!

HI My apartment is brilliant for families or skiing groups.In spring, summer and fall you can bike,hike,go rolling ski and fish in the area. Easy access to the Hovden Alpin senter, only 150 M away.There is also short distance to a Hovden Badeland (swimming pool) and shops.If you want a nice, cosy and easy stay in the mountains this is the place.I want to keep the price on a sensible level so you can enjoy Hovden and the surroundings without being skinned. NB! l do not provide bed linen/towels.

Cosy cabin with a fantastic location and its own shoreline by Lake Totak. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a corner sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed if needed), a cosy fireplace, a large dining table, a loft, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Large terrace with a dining table and a view of the lake and the mountains. We have our own marina, boat ramp and a boat, 2 kayaks and 2 SUPs that can be rented. 15 min to the ski centre.

Two bedrooms, bathroom w/washing machine, kitchenette (without a dishwasher), and living room. Wood-fired oven. A bag of firewood - NOK 150. Large terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, and fire pit. 600 m til sentrum og langrennsarenaen. 3 min i bil til skibakken eller badeland! 8 sengeplasser. 2 appletv, PS5 m/2 kontr, brettspill, 2 sparkesykler og 1 barnesykkel (5-8 år). Møbler, senger, hvitevarer, vedovn og bad er nytt i 2025. Hytten er fra 70-tallet. Kaldt? Neida! Du opplever en behagelig ankomst med wi-fi styrt varmepumpe, panelovner og varmekabler på bad. Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful place. Private lawn and fire pit. About 100-150 m from the house you have access to a swimming area, boat, volleyball court, playground and football pitch. Roller ski track of 1 km and ski tracks of 2,3,5,10 and 25 km just below the house. Joker, gas station and cafeteria with pub within walking distance. The place is located about 20-30 min from Dalen, Lårdal, Åmot, Rauland and Seljord.

High standard cabin with Jacuzzi, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and garage. Here you can drive up to the cabin, park the car inside the garage. Let it charge until you leave and relax. The terrace is south/west facing with afternoon/evening sun. Outdoor furniture with fire pit on the terrace. The property is very well located towards the end of a cul-de-sac and adjacent to the alpine slope and cross-country ski trails.

Rural and quiet surroundings. Great nature and idyll with grazing animals. Possibilities for swimming and fishing right below the cabin. Simple cabin with what you need, bathroom with heating cables, shower (with hot water) and toilet. Kitchen with stove, fridge and kettle. Sleeping space for six, the loft is not suitable for small children. Unfortunately, the cabin does not have a baby bed.
