House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house renovated in 2023 with very nice features. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1 to October 31: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 11 am and from 2 pm to 5 pm. On weekends and holidays, depending on our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

The village is on the Wine Route, minutes away from the famous Dentelles de Montmirail. You will be surrounded by picturesque villages such as Séguret (classified village), Gigondas, Vacqueras and Beaumes de Venise. For the more athletic, hiking trails, mountain biking, and reputable climbing sites are accessible nearby.
