L'appartamento è nella zona adiacente al centro ed è vicino la stazione sciistica “ Montecavallo”. In estate ci sono percorsi da jogging, parco giochi, palestra, piscina/sauna, campo da tennis campo da calcio, stadio da hockey, skatepark Distanze a piedi: 2 min. Poli supermercato 5 minuti autostrada 2 minuti fermata del bus 5 min.: centro storico con tradizionale mercatino di Natale, ristoranti e negozi 10 min.: area sci e trekking Monte Cavallo con pista da slittino più lunga d'Italia

Die 34 qm große Wohnung besteht aus einem Eingangsbereich, einem Wohnbereich /Essbereich mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Bidet. Die Wohnung verfügt zusätzlich über eine Terrasse, einen Garten und eine geschlossene Tiefgarage.
