Holiday rentals with a patio in Virgil

Wonderful stay at the College Loft! Clean , spacious and everything you needed was there. Jenna communicated with us every step of the way. Great location, and YES you can walk to the Cornell graduation. 5* rental!

We were in town for the Ithaca Reggae Festival so we really weren’t at Robert‘s place all that much. Mostly just to sleep and shower. Convenient location, literally a two minute walk to the Ithaca Commons, which is filled with shops, bars and restaurants.

Laura’s place was wonderful. We felt right at home. Her place was cozy and quiet. Laura was so accommodating and responsive. Easy parking was available. There was a great little kitchenette, bathroom was clean. This place had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Really a top-notch visit! Simple, yet beautifully chic. Super clean with all the necessities. Breathtaking views, even saw a doe with its fawn in the meadow. Perfect weekend had by all! Greatly appreciate the hospitality! A+ for sure!

The location is ideal, in a stones throw from multiple vineyards. Extremely close to Watkins Glenn. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

I enjoy staying here as often as I can when I'm in the area. This is a wonderful place with nice neighbors below, the ladies are really nice.

Came for the Corning glass festival. the location was outside Corning a few miles so we were away from the noise only as long as we wanted to be. everything was clean and organized. 100% would stay again!

I was looking for a place to stay for a long weekend of distressing and relaxation and Brent's place was the perfect choice. The place was cozy, homey and quiet, and I was utterly blown away by how extensively stocked the kitchen was in regards to pots, pans and other cooking odds and ends (not too many places that would allow me to whip up a bundt cake if I'd felt like it)! If I'm in the region again, I'd definately look into a repeat stay.

Christopher’s home is so special - we are hoping to book it again in the future! You can tell from the pictures that it’s absolutely beautifully designed and decorated, and it’s even better in person. It really feels brand new. Highlights - the heated bathroom floors! Insanely comfortable beds. GORGEOUS lake views - we spent so much time in the backyard / on the dock just taking in the sunset, reading in the AM and looking out over the lake. The location was perfect for bopping into the village for coffee / lunch or dinner - literally minutes away. This was a favorite vacation for us!

Alesha was warm and helpful, her place was spacious, spotless and central to every place we needed to be. The beds were heavenly. We will be staying again the next time we go to Syracuse.

Great place for a big group, very clean and very comfortable with a big living room. Peaceful area and plenty of parking. Paul was a great host, very responsive friendly and check in and check out was easy and quick. I would definitely stay here again, its an excellent place!

Jenn and Dean’s place was everything I could ask for in an Airbnb. Kind and communicative hosts, perfectly clean, comfortable, matched the description exactly, well appointed and in a really beautiful location. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We came to the area for a wedding and since we are a family of 7 hotels are difficult to find 3-4 rooms at a time and more expensive. This house was big enough for all of us to enjoy privacy and comfort. Beautifully decorated and nicely upgraded all throughout. The bedrooms are roomy and the area quiet. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen is fully functional to accommodate a large family. The kids enjoyed the outdoor patio at night. Overall very satisfied.

Ian was extremely responsive during the months from our booking through our stay. His instructions were clear and helpful. We missed the driveway when we first arrived, so it may be helpful to add a larger mailbox number or some other sign, but otherwise easy to get in. We stayed in 4 rooms, with 2 couples and 2 singles. Ian amazed us by having some food and beverages stocked for us. The location was peaceful and fun for our group to hang out and chat. Watched a doe and her newborn fawn walk across the lawn on our first evening. We had breakfast on the deck one day, and even on the other rainy days we were able to sit on the deck under a small protective overhang. Furniture inside was comfortable and set up for a small group to sit and talk. While we didn't use them, there were several TV's available. It was 10 minutes to Cornell and about 15 minutes to downtown Ithaca, but deep in the woods so felt like we were in our own retreat. Highly recommend.

Worked out well for my son’s baseball tournament at the Lumber yard. If we have a tournament next year. Will book again !!!!

We were in Elmira to celebrate my mom who passed on 12/21/24 and was laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery. Our immediate family (from Ithaca, Indiana, and Illinois) stayed in the 3 apartment suites and we were so happy to have homes away from home! The apartments were beautifully appointed, in a great location (close to everything) and having the restaurants-Rye and the Garage-right downstairs was amazing, delicious, and convenient! Thank you for a wonderful stay during a solemn but important occasion-you helped us put the fun in funeral!

Comfortable, extremely clean and very convenient location. Wonderful accommodations for my family especially the well stocked modern, spacious kitchen.

Location location location!!! Walked to ski. No lines, no parking, loved it. If you value convenience over modern decor, this is THE place to stay at GP.

Luz is an excellent host. I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable with every amenity a traveler might need. In addition to a great apartment, there's a very large, well lit parking lot. Perfect!

Looked exactly like the photos/matched description. They were also very fast to respond and helpful. The lodge itself was very charming and I loved the amount of space available and that each section had its own bathroom. The private balcony also was a hit for those who wanted fresh air or to observe the snowfall. If you are looking for a more legitimate Airbnb space (like a house) this isn’t for you. But overall, we had a great time (9 of us) and were comfortable with the space. Would definitely come back! The only thing that wasn’t ideal was they closed the outdoor pool due to the weather and we weren’t able to go in.
